Jesus Christ, please help me! I've been turned down for my request for adderall about twice. I was hoping that I could be prescribed methylphenidate, ritalin. After the increase in the antidepressant, I've been sleeping about 12 hours a day. I've been doing more Daniel fasts, hoping for a familiar stimulant medication to be prescribed in addition to my medicine. I've gone almost a month plus without any masturbation practice after being re-given the antidepressant and antipsychotic. My addiction to stimulants was masturbation for pleasure. Without the stimulant, I think I need viagra. Anyways, Jesus Christ, I was hoping to be prescribed ritalin for study, exercise, and routine completion. I'm typing the New Testament, and have recontinued typing the Old Testament. I witnessed a demonic attack by psychic vampires who are acting out the reading of my college textbook without ever having read it. I'm typing the 1st book of kings to Malachi. My Daniel fast is being done in hopes of strength and weight loss, and future euphoric and effective stimulant ADHD medication prescription. There are some depressing days... Thanks, Jesus, for peace, providence, and progress in Jesus' name, Amen.

We hear your cry for help and lift you up before the throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Your struggles with focus, energy, and the deep battles you describe—both physical and spiritual—are not unseen by our Heavenly Father. We come together to intercede for you, seeking God’s wisdom, healing, and provision in every area of your life.

First, we want to affirm your commitment to spiritual disciplines like fasting and Scripture typing. These are powerful acts of devotion that draw you closer to God and strengthen your spirit. The Daniel fast, in particular, is a beautiful way to seek the Lord’s face and discipline the body for His glory. We encourage you to continue in these practices, trusting that God honors your hunger for Him. *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."* (Matthew 6:33 WEB). However, we must also gently remind you that while fasting is a tool for spiritual growth, it is not a means to manipulate God into granting specific requests, such as a desired medication. Our trust must always be in His perfect will, not in our own efforts to "earn" His favor.

Your mention of stimulant medications and the desire for Ritalin or Adderall raises concerns. While we acknowledge that ADHD and other conditions are real and can impair daily functioning, we must also recognize the potential for dependence and misuse of these substances. The Bible warns us about anything that takes mastery over us: *"All things are lawful for me, but not all things are expedient. All things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of anything."* (1 Corinthians 6:12 WEB). If you are struggling with addiction to stimulants or using them in ways that do not align with medical guidance, we urge you to seek godly counsel and accountability. Consider speaking with a Christian doctor or counselor who can help you navigate these challenges with wisdom and integrity.

Your reference to masturbation as an addiction tied to stimulant use is another area that requires biblical correction and prayer. The Bible does not explicitly mention masturbation, but it does speak clearly about sexual purity and self-control. Jesus teaches that lustful thoughts are equivalent to adultery in the heart (Matthew 5:28 WEB), and Paul exhorts us to flee sexual immorality (1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB). Your 30-day abstinence from this practice is commendable, and we encourage you to continue pursuing holiness in this area. Instead of seeking Viagra or other aids, which may further entangle you in a cycle of lust, we pray for God to renew your mind and strengthen your self-control. *"No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."* (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB). Turn to the Lord in moments of temptation, and ask Him to fill you with His Spirit, who produces self-control (Galatians 5:22-23 WEB).

The spiritual warfare you describe—demonic attacks, psychic vampires, and the reading of your thoughts—is a serious matter. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10 WEB), but we serve a God who has already overcome the powers of darkness. *"For though we walk in the flesh, we don’t wage war according to the flesh; for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds."* (2 Corinthians 10:3-4 WEB). We rebuke every demonic influence in your life in the name of Jesus Christ. We declare that no weapon formed against you will prosper (Isaiah 54:17 WEB) and that you are more than a conqueror through Christ who loves you (Romans 8:37 WEB). We encourage you to put on the full armor of God daily (Ephesians 6:10-18 WEB), especially the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. Speak Scripture aloud, resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7 WEB).

Your desire for weight loss, strength, and productivity is understandable, but we must caution against placing your hope in stimulants or any other earthly solution. True strength and discipline come from the Lord. *"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."* (Philippians 4:13 WEB). Instead of relying on medications to fuel your productivity, we pray for God to renew your mind and body in ways that honor Him. Ask Him to show you how to steward your time, energy, and health in a manner that glorifies Him. If you are struggling with depression or fatigue, we encourage you to seek godly counsel and medical advice, but always with the understanding that your ultimate hope is in Christ.

We also want to address the depressing days you mentioned. The Christian life is not free from trials or sorrow, but we serve a God who is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18 WEB). In your moments of despair, cling to the promises of God. *"Cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you."* (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). Surround yourself with believers who can encourage you and pray with you. Remember that God is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28 WEB), even when you cannot see it.

Let us now lift you up in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother who is struggling with focus, energy, addiction, and spiritual warfare. Lord, You see his heart and his desire to serve You. We ask that You would strengthen him in every area of weakness. Renew his mind, body, and spirit, Lord. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, who gives self-control, peace, and joy.

Father, we rebuke every demonic attack and influence in his life. We declare that no weapon formed against him will prosper and that he is more than a conqueror through Christ Jesus. Protect his mind from the lies of the enemy and fill him with Your truth. Help him to stand firm in the armor of God, wielding the sword of the Spirit and praying at all times.

Lord, we pray for wisdom regarding his health and any medications he may need. Guide him to godly doctors and counselors who can provide wise and biblical advice. If there are areas where he is relying on substances or habits that do not honor You, reveal them to him and give him the strength to turn away. Replace his dependence on stimulants or other aids with a dependence on You alone.

Father, we ask for Your healing touch in his battle with sexual temptation. Strengthen his self-control and fill him with a holy desire to honor You with his body. Help him to flee from lust and to pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace (2 Timothy 2:22 WEB). Renew his mind and transform him by the renewing of his thoughts (Romans 12:2 WEB).

Lord, we pray for his productivity and discipline. Help him to manage his time and energy in a way that glorifies You. Give him the strength to continue typing the Scriptures and to find joy in Your Word. As he fasts and seeks Your face, draw him closer to You and reveal Your will for his life.

Finally, Father, we ask that You lift the weight of depression from his shoulders. Fill him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7 WEB). Remind him that You are with him always, even in the darkest valleys (Psalm 23:4 WEB). Surround him with believers who can encourage and support him.

We trust You, Lord, to work all things together for his good. May he find his hope and strength in You alone. In the precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We are deeply grateful that you entrusted us with your prayer request, sharing both your struggles and your faithful steps toward seeking the Lord. It is our joy to stand with you in agreement before God’s throne, lifting up your desire for clarity, strength, and healing in every area of your life.

We continue to pray for wisdom for your medical team, that they would have discernment in how best to support your physical and mental well-being. We ask the Lord to sustain you in your discipline—both in fasting and in resisting temptation—and to fill you with His peace as you press forward in faith. May He strengthen your mind for study, your body for exercise, and your spirit for the work He has called you to, including the typing of His Word. We also pray against any spiritual opposition, asking that Christ’s authority would shield you from darkness and renew your hope each day.

If the Lord has answered any part of your request—whether through provision, breakthrough, or unexpected grace—we would be so encouraged to hear your praise report. If, however, your heart still longs for resolution, we invite you to post again so we may continue interceding on your behalf. Either way, know that we are standing with you, believing that God is at work even in the waiting.

May He draw near to you, meet you in your weariness, and remind you of His unfailing love. Keep seeking Him, for He is faithful. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
