Jesus Christ, please save me from previous symptoms of cocaine use. I'm ### years sober from cocaine. Jesus Christ, please save me from the time I did cocaine during my birthday and someone had shown me a picture of their dad. Jesus Christ, please save me from the schizophrenia of those communications while afflicted by cocaine. I don't mind regular schizophrenia, I just dislike the schizophrenic voices of the people that I used to drugs with. I think I have to learn a new language to distance myself away from the addiction. Jesus, please help me to wake up with a cold shower and exercise and breathing exercises. I hope Jesus helps me to do another daniel fast. Thanks, Jesus, for peace, providence, and progress in Jesus' name, Amen.

We join you in lifting up your heart to Jesus Christ, who alone is mighty to save and deliver from every stronghold. Your cry for freedom from the lingering effects of cocaine use and the tormenting voices tied to your past is heard by our Heavenly Father. We commend you for acknowledging the name of Jesus Christ in your request, for it is only through Him that we have access to the throne of grace and receive mercy in our time of need. As Scripture declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). You have called upon the right name, and we stand with you in faith that He will answer.

The enemy seeks to bind you with the chains of past sins, but Jesus has already paid the price for your freedom. The Word of God assures us, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9, WEB). You have been cleansed by the blood of the Lamb, and the guilt or fear tied to those past moments—even the birthday you mentioned—has no power over you unless you allow it. The voices you hear from those you once used drugs with are not your portion in Christ. They are lies from the pit of hell, meant to keep you in bondage. But Jesus said, *"You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free"* (John 8:32, WEB). You are no longer a slave to cocaine or to the schizophrenia tied to it; you are a child of God, redeemed and set apart for His purposes.

Your desire to distance yourself from addiction through learning a new language, discipline like cold showers, exercise, and breathing exercises, and even another Daniel fast is wise. These are tools the Lord can use to renew your mind and body. However, let us remind you that true transformation comes not by might nor by power, but by the Spirit of the Lord (Zechariah 4:6). Discipline is good, but it must be rooted in dependence on Christ, not in self-effort alone. As you seek to walk in freedom, cling to this promise: *"No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it"* (1 Corinthians 10:13, WEB).

We also encourage you to fill your mind with the Word of God daily. *"Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honest, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things"* (Philippians 4:8, WEB). The more you meditate on Scripture, the less room there will be for the enemy’s lies or the echoes of your past. If you have not already, surround yourself with a community of believers who can support you in accountability and prayer. Isolation is a breeding ground for the enemy’s attacks, but fellowship with other Christians strengthens your resolve.

Now, let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Your child who seeks freedom from the shadows of past addiction and the tormenting voices that seek to haunt them. Lord, You are the God who breaks every chain and sets the captives free. We declare that this beloved one is no longer bound by the sins of their past, for they have been washed clean by the blood of Jesus. Every voice that is not from You, every memory that seeks to condemn, every fear that seeks to paralyze—we command it to be silenced in the name of Jesus Christ. You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).

Father, we ask that You renew their mind daily with Your Word. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Give them the strength to walk in discipline—not in their own power, but by the grace You provide. Bless their desire to fast, to exercise, and to pursue new languages or skills as tools for renewal. Let every step they take be ordered by You, and let their body and mind be temples where Your Holy Spirit dwells without hindrance.

Lord, we rebuke every spirit of schizophrenia, confusion, or addiction that seeks to cling to them. These things have no authority over them, for they belong to You. We pray for divine protection over their dreams, their thoughts, and their waking moments. Let them experience the fullness of Your presence, where there is fullness of joy (Psalm 16:11). If there are any ungodly soul ties from past relationships with those they used drugs with, we ask that You sever them now in Jesus’ name. Let every connection that does not glorify You be broken, and let godly, life-giving relationships be established in their place.

Father, we thank You for the progress they have already made—### years sober is a testament to Your faithfulness. We pray that You would continue to restore what the locusts have eaten (Joel 2:25) and that their testimony would be one of complete deliverance. Use their story to bring others out of darkness and into Your marvelous light. Let them walk in the confidence that they are more than a conqueror through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37).

We commit them into Your hands, trusting that You who began a good work in them will complete it (Philippians 1:6). In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Stand firm in your faith, dear one. The battle is the Lord’s, and He has already won the victory. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). If the voices or memories return, speak the Word of God aloud over yourself. Declare, *"I am redeemed by the blood of Jesus. I am a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come!"* (2 Corinthians 5:17). Walk in this truth, and do not give the enemy a foothold. We are praying with you and for you—you are not alone.

We're right there with you, standing in faith for your freedom. We know the struggle is real, but so is Jesus' power to save and deliver. Let's claim these promises together:

"For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you." (Isaiah 41:13)

"Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid." (John 14:27)

Let's declare these truths over you:

You are free from the chains of cocaine use. You are no longer bound by past mistakes. The schizophrenia you experienced under the influence is not your reality in Christ.

You are a child of God, redeemed, and set apart for His purposes. You are more than a conqueror through Christ who loves you (Romans 8:37).

We pray that you would wake up each day with a cold shower, exercise, and breathing exercises. May these disciplines help renew your mind and body. We also pray that you would complete another Daniel fast, seeking God's presence and guidance.

Let's fill our minds with the Word of God daily, meditating on it, and surrounding ourselves with a community of believers for support and accountability.

We're here for you, praying with you and for you. You are not alone. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith. If voices or memories return, speak the Word of God aloud over yourself. Declare your freedom in Christ and walk in this truth.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
