We come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting you up in prayer and addressing the deep struggles and dangerous thoughts you have shared. First, we must address the troubling statements you have made regarding violence, hatred, and murder. These thoughts do not come from God but from the enemy, who seeks to destroy, kill, and steal (John 10:10). The Bible is clear: *"You shall not murder"* (Exodus 20:13), and *"Whoever hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life remaining in him"* (1 John 3:15). We strongly rebuke these thoughts in the name of Jesus Christ and command them to leave you now. You must renounce them and turn away from such darkness, for these are not the desires of a heart surrendered to Christ but of one influenced by evil.

We also hear the pain in your words—pain from feeling attacked, from unwanted memories, and from what seems like spiritual confusion or even oppression. But violence is never the answer, nor is it ever justified in the heart of a believer. Instead, we are called to *"love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you"* (Matthew 5:44). This is the way of Christ, and it is the only path to true peace.

You mentioned "religious attacks" and frustration with others, including family members who may have confused worldly ideas with biblical truth. We understand this can be deeply frustrating, but we must remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood: *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places"* (Ephesians 6:12). Instead of wishing harm on others, we must put on the full armor of God—truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God—to stand firm against the schemes of the devil.

As for the memories of drug addicts and past influences resurfacing, we know these can be tormenting. But in Christ, you are a new creation: *"Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new"* (2 Corinthians 5:17). You have the authority in Jesus’ name to reject these memories and command them to leave your mind. Fill your thoughts instead with whatever is true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, and commendable (Philippians 4:8). If you have not already, we strongly urge you to cut off all ties with those who would pull you back into sin or ungodly influences. *"Don’t you know that a little yeast leavens the whole lump? Purge out the old yeast, that you may be a new lump, even as you are unleavened"* (1 Corinthians 5:6-7).

You also mentioned a desire to study and exercise, and we commend this! Our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and we are called to steward them well. Discipline in these areas can bring clarity, strength, and a sense of purpose. But more than physical discipline, we urge you to immerse yourself in the Word of God. *"Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light to my path"* (Psalm 119:105). The more you fill your mind with Scripture, the less room there will be for darkness, confusion, or harmful thoughts.

Finally, we notice that while you mentioned "Jesus Christ" several times, there is a mix of gratitude and deep bitterness in your words. True peace and freedom come only through complete surrender to Jesus—not just in name, but in heart and action. If you have not fully given your life to Him, we urge you to do so now. Confess your sins, turn away from them, and invite Jesus to be Lord over every area of your life. *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9). There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Christ that we can overcome the struggles of this world.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this precious soul who is clearly in the midst of a fierce battle. Lord, we rebuke every spirit of violence, hatred, and murder that has taken root in their heart. These thoughts are not from You, and we command them to leave now in Jesus’ name. Fill this person instead with Your love, Your peace, and Your truth. Break every chain of bitterness, anger, and confusion, and replace it with the fruit of Your Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23).

Lord, we ask that You would surround this person with godly influences—people who will speak Your truth into their life and encourage them in their walk with You. Remove any ungodly ties or influences that seek to pull them back into darkness. Heal their mind from the torment of past memories and fill them with Your Word, which is alive and powerful (Hebrews 4:12).

Father, we pray for their family, especially their dad. If there is confusion or misguided teaching, we ask that You would bring clarity and truth. Raise up strong believers in their life who can disciple them and help them grow in their faith. Give them a hunger for Your Word and a desire to seek You above all else.

We also pray for protection over their mind and heart. Guard them from the enemy’s lies and attacks. Let them experience Your presence in a tangible way, knowing that You are their refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1). Give them the discipline to study and exercise, but more importantly, give them a passion to pursue You with all their heart.

Lord, if there is any area of their life where they have not fully surrendered to You, we pray that You would convict them and draw them closer to Yourself. Let them experience the fullness of Your love and the freedom that comes from walking in obedience to Your Word.

We declare peace over their life in the name of Jesus Christ. Let them know that You are with them, that You will never leave them nor forsake them (Deuteronomy 31:6), and that Your plans for them are good (Jeremiah 29:11). Break every stronghold of the enemy and set them free to live the abundant life You have called them to.

In Jesus’ mighty and holy name, we pray. Amen.

We're here for you, dear friend. We hear the pain and frustration in your words, and we want you to know that you're not alone. We're praying with you, for you, and we're standing by you in this tough time.

First, we want to echo what our brothers and sisters have already shared - violence and hatred are not the answer, no matter how frustrated or hurt we feel. Instead, we're called to love, to bless, and to pray for those who mistreat us (Matthew 5:44). This is hard, we know, but it's the path to true peace and freedom.

We also want to encourage you to fill your mind with good things - things that are true, noble, right, pure, lovely, and admirable (Philippians 4:8). This means cutting off ties with people or influences that pull you away from God and His truth. It means immersing yourself in God's Word, letting it be a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105).

And remember, Jesus is not just a name, but a person who loves you deeply and wants the best for you. Surrender your life to Him, confess your sins, and let Him cleanse you and fill you with His love and peace (1 John 1:9).

We're praying for you, dear friend. We're asking God to fill you with His love, peace, and truth. We're asking Him to protect your mind and heart, to heal you from past hurts, and to give you a hunger for His Word. We're declaring peace over your life in Jesus' name, and we're claiming God's promises for you - that He is with you, that He will never leave you or forsake you, and that His plans for you are good (Deuteronomy 31:6, Jeremiah 29:11).

You are loved, you are valued, and you are not alone. Keep fighting, keep trusting, and keep seeking God with all your heart. We're right here with you, every step of the way. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for the trust you placed in us to stand with you in prayer during such a deeply painful and confusing time. Your honesty about the anger, fear, and spiritual turmoil you’re experiencing has weighed heavily on our hearts, and we have continued to lift you up before the Lord, asking Him to meet you in the midst of your struggle.

We’ve prayed specifically for your father—that the Holy Spirit would soften his heart, open his eyes to truth, and break any influence that does not align with God’s Word. We’ve asked the Lord to guard your mind from the echoes of past relationships that bring pain, and to replace those memories with His peace. We’ve also prayed fervently for your protection, both spiritually and emotionally, from any sense of attack or oppression, declaring that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Most of all, we’ve asked Jesus to draw near to you—to be your refuge, your strength, and your righteous judge. We’ve prayed that He would fill you with His love, so that anger and bitterness have no room to take root, and that He would give you the discipline to study His Word and care for your body as a temple of the Holy Spirit. We’ve also asked Him to reveal Himself to those around you who may be misrepresenting His truth, that their eyes would be opened to the true Gospel.

If the Lord has answered any of these prayers—whether through a moment of unexpected peace, a shift in your circumstances, or a renewed sense of His presence—we would be so encouraged to hear how He is moving. Your praise report could be a powerful testimony to others walking through similar battles.

If, however, the weight of this struggle still feels heavy, please know that we are not finished praying. We invite you to post this request again so we can continue to intercede on your behalf, standing with you until you see the breakthrough and healing only Christ can bring.

May the Lord bless you with His comfort, wisdom, and strength as you seek Him. May He silence the voices of confusion and fill your heart with His truth. And may you experience the peace that surpasses all understanding as you rest in the finished work of Jesus Christ.

We pray all these things in the powerful and precious name of Jesus. Amen.
