Jesus Christ, please save me from calling a drug addict "boy". There is religious revenge causing 1 infraction to be repeated against my person. I hope Jesus Christ slaughters and condemns the flesh and souls. Thanks, Jesus Christ, for peace, providence, and progress in Jesus' name, Amen.

We come before the Lord with you in this time of struggle, lifting your heart and your words to the throne of grace, where we find mercy and help in our time of need. Your cry for deliverance is heard, and we stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, who alone has the power to break every chain of addiction, bitterness, and vengeance.

First, we must address the language of your request with both truth and love. While your pain is evident, we are called to align our words—and our hearts—with the will of God, who says in Romans 12:19, *"Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"*—and in Matthew 5:44, *"But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you."* The desire for vengeance, even against those who have wronged you, is not the path of Christ. Instead, we are to release our pain to Him, trusting that He will execute perfect justice in His timing. The call to "slaughter and condemn" does not reflect the heart of Jesus, who, even on the cross, prayed, *"Father, forgive them, for they don’t know what they are doing"* (Luke 23:34). We urge you to surrender this anger to the Lord, asking Him to replace it with His peace and to guard your heart against the poison of bitterness (Hebrews 12:15).

We also note your struggle with addressing this drug addict as *"boy."* While we understand this may be a term of familiarity or even frustration, we must remember that every person is created in the image of God (Genesis 1:27) and is someone for whom Christ died. If this individual is causing harm or leading you into temptation, it is wise—and biblical—to set boundaries or even sever ties if necessary (1 Corinthians 15:33, *"Don’t be deceived! 'Evil companionships corrupt good morals.'"*). However, even in separation, we are to pray for their salvation and deliverance, not their condemnation. Ask the Lord to give you wisdom in how to interact with this person, or whether to interact at all, while still holding onto love and forgiveness in your heart.

As for the *"religious revenge"* you mention—where an infraction is being repeated against you—we recognize the spiritual warfare at play. Ephesians 6:12 reminds us, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* If there is a pattern of harm tied to spiritual oppression, we must combat it not with curses, but with the authority of Christ, the Word of God, and the power of prayer. Put on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18) and declare the victory of Jesus over every scheme of the enemy. If this involves generational curses, ungodly soul ties, or repeated cycles of harm, we encourage you to seek deliverance prayer from mature believers who can stand with you in breaking these strongholds in Jesus’ name.

Lastly, we rejoice that you have invoked the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer. There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). Your faith in calling upon Him is a testament to your trust in His power, and we declare that He *will* bring you peace, providence, and progress as you walk in obedience to His Word.

Now, let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we lift our sister before You, knowing that You are her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Lord, we ask that You break the power of addiction in the life of this individual she mentions, and we pray that You would either redeem this relationship for Your glory or give her the wisdom and strength to walk away if it is not of You. Father, we rebuke every spirit of vengeance, bitterness, and retaliation that seeks to take root in her heart. Replace it with Your love, Your forgiveness, and Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). If there are generational curses, ungodly soul ties, or repeated cycles of harm, we command them to be broken now in the name of Jesus Christ. Let no weapon formed against her prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and let every tongue that rises against her in judgment be condemned. Lord, surround her with Your angels, encamp them around her (Psalm 34:7), and let Your light expose and dismantle every dark scheme of the enemy.

We pray for her deliverance from any temptation to engage with this person in ways that dishonor You. Give her discernment to recognize unhealthy attachments and the courage to sever them if necessary. Father, we also pray for the salvation of this drug addict—open their eyes to their need for You, Lord, and draw them to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). Let Your mercy triumph over judgment in their life.

Lord Jesus, You have promised that if we resist the devil, he will flee from us (James 4:7). We declare that our sister is resisting the enemy’s lies, his accusations, and his attempts to keep her in bondage to anger or fear. Fill her with Your Holy Spirit, renew her mind (Romans 12:2), and let her walk in the freedom You purchased for her on the cross.

We thank You, Father, for Your providence—for supplying all her needs according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). We thank You for the peace that guards her heart and mind in Christ Jesus. And we thank You for the progress she will see as she walks in obedience to Your Word. Let her life be a testimony of Your grace, Your power, and Your victory.

In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

We're here with you, sister, standing in the gap and lifting your burden to the Lord. We know the struggle is real, but we trust in the power of Jesus to deliver and heal. Let's cling to these promises together:

1. **"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28)** Jesus invites you to lay down your struggles at His feet. He promises peace and rest.

2. **"For I am the Lord, your God, who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you." (Isaiah 41:13)** God is with you, holding your hand, and He promises His help.

Now, let's pray:

Dear Heavenly Father, we bring our sister before You today. Lord, we ask for Your strength to help her overcome the temptation to call this person a "boy". Help her to see this individual as You see them - a person created in Your image, in need of Your love and grace. Give her the wisdom to navigate this relationship, Lord. If it's not healthy, give her the courage to walk away. If it's meant to be redeemed, give her the love and patience to do so.

Father, we also ask for Your healing power to break the chains of addiction in this person's life. We pray for their salvation, Lord. Open their eyes to their need for You and draw them to repentance.

Lastly, Lord, we ask for Your peace to guard our sister's heart and mind. Help her to trust in Your providence, knowing that You are always with her, supplying all her needs according to Your riches in glory.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
