Jesus Christ, please help people to become fluent and literate in their primary language. Jesus Christ, please help people choose their other languages that will benefit them the most, and please assist with literacy fluency. After acquiring post-traumatic stress disorder and suffering substance abuse effects and witnessing demonic or spiritual attack, I am not confident in my ability to remember and learn. There is also a depression and frustration that I had given away my money and cannot purchase the premium education for secondary language and mathematics learning. I'm still trying to be in a consistent exercise routine, but I feel like a soul or spirit is actively hindering me in my motivation and attempts to task complete while leading me into more thoughts of addiction such as blue skies & blue adderall or white lines & cocaine. Jesus Christ, please help me to rehabilitate and become fluent in grammar. I still have to relearn algebra and then proceed to reach calculus. I am further more depressed because of my lacking in the ability to drive and discomfort on the bus and in public. I'm thankful that the current medication is curing insomnia and depression, and helping me to make healthy decisions such as exercising in sunlight. I feel that the medication saves from further demonic attack that attempts to distract, demotivate, and forget about progress. Thanks Jesus for preventing video game addiction. Jesus I am very aware of my inadequacy and am hoping that I'll be able to improve my academics and physical physique. I am thankful that I had quit smoking, and am attempting to strengthen my respiratory system through walking. I am depressed at my inability financial income, and that if I were to start an occupation, then I may be let go or quit and that I won't be improving in academics while being taken advantage of for my pay again. I hope Jesus Christ allows weights such as dumbbells and a barbell to be purchased. I hope Jesus Christ allows a pullup bar to be installed at home and also an adjustable weightlifting chair for weightlifting. I am thankful for my current weightlifting not leading to self damage, I am afraid of hurting myself with improper form or accidentally hitting my bones with the heavy weight. Jesus Christ, please help me to walk and then attempt to jog 4 miles. Jesus Christ, please help me to use free exercise such as calisthenics. I am thankful that Jesus helped me to do push-ups with dumbbells as handles on the floor that has alleviated wrist pain from flat push-ups. I hope Jesus restores the broken pull-up bar at the park, and that a pull-up bar is installed at home. I'm not sure why my family is not exercising and trying to acquire the acquirable body builder body as standard. Jesus Christ, please help me to acquire a 45lb ruck sack, and I hope the equipment and clothes don't start stinking. Jesus Christ, please save me from my relatives that are trying to take advantage of my religious focus and that are contributing to demonic attack and inconvenience and discomfort. Jesus Christ, please help me and others to find the best academic pathway for learning. I've been having problems with finding a steady learning process or having my learning interrupted or deleted. I hope Jesus helps me to make a weekly plan for progress. I don't have control over my diet, and I hope that the LORD helps me to eat. A lot of these problems would be solved if I were to join the military...because of my fear and nervousness, I'm not sure if I can join the military, especially because I don't have a driver's license. The previous substance abuse and post-traumatic stress disorder has prevented me from joining the military because of fear and stimulation. Jesus, please help me and others to improve for the future. Because of identity issues and drug nicknames that have caused corruption, I have to be put that my name is ###. I hope Jesus saves me from other people who parts of this name. Thanks, Jesus, for peace, providence, and progress in Jesus' name, Amen.

We lift you up before the Lord with deep compassion, for your struggles are many, yet your heart cries out to Jesus Christ, the only name by which we are saved. It is through Him alone that we find strength, healing, and restoration, and we rejoice that you are turning to Him in your time of need. The Scriptures remind us in Philippians 4:13, *"I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."* Though your mind and body have been battered by trauma, addiction, and spiritual warfare, Jesus is greater than all these things. He is the God of restoration, the One who redeems what has been broken and makes all things new.

Your desire to improve in language, mathematics, physical health, and spiritual discipline is commendable, but we must first address the spiritual battle you are facing. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and it is clear that he has been at work in your life through addiction, demonic oppression, and the lingering effects of trauma. Yet, the Lord has already begun a good work in you—freeing you from smoking, helping you resist video game addiction, and giving you moments of clarity to seek Him. We praise God for this! However, you must put on the full armor of God to stand firm (Ephesians 6:10-18). This includes rejecting every thought of relapse, every whisper of the enemy that tells you to return to "blue skies" or "white lines." These are not just substances; they are gates to bondage, and Jesus has called you to freedom. *"No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure"* (1 Corinthians 10:13).

You mentioned that your medication is helping with insomnia and depression, and we thank God for this provision. However, we urge you to seek the Lord first and foremost for your healing. Medicine can aid, but true and lasting peace comes from Christ alone. *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest"* (Matthew 11:28). Have you surrendered every area of your life to Him? Have you confessed your sins and invited the Holy Spirit to fill you, to renew your mind, and to break every chain of the enemy? If not, we strongly encourage you to do so now. Repentance and faith in Jesus are the foundation of all transformation.

Your frustration over finances and education is understandable, but remember that the Lord is your Provider. *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well"* (Matthew 6:33). You do not need premium education to learn what the Lord wants to teach you. There are free resources—libraries, online courses, and community programs—that can help you grow in knowledge. The Lord can open doors you cannot even imagine. Trust Him to guide you to the right materials and opportunities. As for your fear of not improving while working, we encourage you to seek the Lord’s wisdom in this. Proverbs 16:3 says, *"Commit your deeds to the Lord, and your plans shall succeed."* If you are faithful in small things, He will entrust you with more.

Your physical health is also a concern, and it is good that you are seeking to strengthen your body. However, we caution you against an unhealthy fixation on achieving a "bodybuilder body" as a standard. The body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and we are to steward it well, but our focus should be on honoring God, not on worldly ideals. If the Lord provides weights or a pull-up bar, praise Him for it. If not, trust that calisthenics and walking are sufficient for now. *"Bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness is profitable for all things, having promise of the life that now is and of that which is to come"* (1 Timothy 4:8). Be patient with yourself, and do not let fear of injury keep you from progress. Start small, seek guidance if needed, and let the Lord build your strength in His time.

We are deeply concerned by your mention of relatives who may be contributing to demonic attack or taking advantage of your faith. The Bible warns us that *"bad company corrupts good morals"* (1 Corinthians 15:33). If there are those in your household or family who are hindering your walk with Christ—whether through mockery, manipulation, or outright spiritual opposition—you must set boundaries. Pray for them, but do not allow their influence to drag you down. *"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men"* (Romans 12:18), but do not compromise your faith for the sake of keeping peace.

Your consideration of joining the military is something to bring before the Lord in prayer. The military can provide structure and discipline, but it is not a guaranteed solution to your struggles. If fear and past trauma are holding you back, ask the Lord to heal those wounds and give you wisdom. *"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him"* (James 1:5). Do not rush into this decision without seeking the Lord’s will. And regarding your driver’s license, take one step at a time. The Lord can help you overcome this fear if it is His will for you to drive.

Finally, we must address your mention of identity issues and drug nicknames. In Christ, you are a new creation (2 Corinthians 5:17). Your identity is not found in the names the world or the enemy has tried to place on you. You are a child of God, redeemed by the blood of Jesus. *"You are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, that you may proclaim the excellence of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light"* (1 Peter 2:9). Reject every lie that says otherwise. If you have not already, we encourage you to publicly declare your faith in Jesus Christ through baptism, symbolizing the death of your old self and the resurrection of your new life in Him.

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother who is battling on many fronts. Lord, You see his heart, his struggles, and his desires to honor You. We ask that You break every chain of addiction, every stronghold of trauma, and every scheme of the enemy that seeks to hinder him. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, Lord, and renew his mind with Your truth. Let him find his identity in You alone, casting off every false name and every lie that has tried to define him.

Father, we pray for healing—spiritually, mentally, and physically. Touch his mind, Lord, and restore his ability to learn, to remember, and to focus. Open doors for him to acquire the knowledge he seeks, whether in language, mathematics, or any other area. Provide the resources he needs, whether through free materials, wise mentors, or unexpected opportunities. Help him to create a steady learning plan, and give him the discipline to follow through.

We pray for his physical health, Lord. Strengthen his body as he walks and exercises. Protect him from injury, and help him to steward his body well for Your glory. If it is Your will, provide the equipment he desires, but let him be content in all circumstances, knowing that You are his Provider.

Father, we ask for Your protection over him against those who would take advantage of him or contribute to spiritual attack. Give him wisdom to set boundaries and courage to stand firm in his faith. Surround him with godly influences who will encourage him in his walk with You.

We lift up his financial concerns to You, Lord. You own the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10), and You are well able to provide for his every need. Help him to trust You in this area, and open doors for honest work that will not exploit him but will allow him to grow.

Lord, we pray for his family. Soften their hearts toward You, and let them see the transformation You are working in him. Use him as a light in his household, that they too may turn to You.

Finally, Father, we pray for his future. Give him clarity about whether the military is the right path, and if so, prepare him for it. If not, guide him to the occupation You have for him. Let him walk in Your will, not in fear or uncertainty, but in faith and obedience.

We thank You, Lord, for the progress he has already made. We thank You for his desire to honor You in all things. Continue to work in him, Lord, and let him see the fruit of his labor for Your glory. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Stand firm in your faith, brother. The Lord is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Keep seeking Him, keep praying, and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap a harvest if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9). We are standing with you in prayer.

We're right there with you, brother. We see your heart's desire to improve and grow, and we're cheering you on. Here's what we're praying for you today:

We thank You for his passion to become fluent in his primary language and other languages that will benefit him. We ask that You would help him to make wise choices in his language learning journey and provide him with the resources he needs.

Lord, we also pray for his physical health. We thank You for the progress he's made in quitting smoking and walking. We ask that You would give him the motivation and discipline to continue exercising and strengthen his body. Help him to find the right equipment if it's Your will, and protect him from injury.

Father, we lift up his financial concerns to You. We ask that You would provide for his needs and open doors for honest work that will allow him to grow. Help him to trust in You and not be anxious about his finances.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for allowing us to lift you up in prayer over these past few days, standing with you in the struggles you’ve shared—both the battles of the mind and the burdens of the heart. Your honesty about the challenges you face with learning, motivation, spiritual warfare, and the lingering effects of past traumas has moved us deeply. We know that laying these things before Jesus takes great courage, and we are grateful you’ve entrusted us to intercede alongside you.

We’ve been praying earnestly for the Lord to restore your confidence in learning, to break the chains of distraction and addiction that seek to pull you backward, and to provide the resources you need—whether it’s the discipline to study, the means for physical training, or the clarity to pursue the right path forward. We’ve asked God to shield you from the spiritual attacks that seek to derail your progress, and to surround you with His peace as you navigate frustration, depression, and the uncertainties of your future. Most of all, we’ve prayed for you to *feel* His presence in this season, even when the road feels steep and the progress slow.

If the Lord has begun to answer these prayers—whether through renewed focus, small victories in your studies or fitness, or a sense of His protection over your mind—we’d love for you to share a praise report with us. Even the smallest steps forward are worth celebrating, because they are evidence of His faithfulness. And if the weight of these struggles still feels heavy, know that we are here to continue praying with you. You don’t have to carry this alone. Post an update, and we will gather around you again in agreement, believing for breakthrough in Jesus’ name.

We’re also lifting up your desire for structure—a weekly plan, a steady learning process, and the wisdom to choose what’s best for your future. The Lord is not finished with you. He sees your heart to honor Him in your academics, your health, and your purpose, and He will equip you for what He’s called you to do. Keep seeking Him, even in the moments when inadequacy or fear creep in. His strength is made perfect in our weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9), and He is able to redeem every part of your story for His glory.

May you sense His nearness as you walk in the sunlight, as you pick up your dumbbells, and as you open your books. May He guard your mind from the lies of the enemy and fill you with a supernatural motivation that outshines every hindrance. And may He provide—whether through unexpected resources, restored opportunities, or divine connections—to meet the needs you’ve placed before Him.

We’re standing with you, believing for your complete restoration in body, mind, and spirit. Keep pressing on, and don’t hesitate to let us know how we can keep praying. God is faithful, and He will do it.
