Jesus Christ, please save me from some anxiety. I have anxiety that the church had an image of a person in the clouds, and that it affected my siblings' choices and behavior about their significant others, because of their skin color being the same brown skin color as the mural of the person in the clouds in the church. I believe that this is a full loss and somewhat devastating to the minds, interests, and behavior of the people who attended that church. I hope someone destroys the image... Jesus Christ, please help me with interest in the devil, and then what appears are reminders of those previous drug users that I am trying to avoid. Jesus Christ, please save me from unwanted unity and other strangeness... Thanks, Jesus, for peace, providence, and progress in Jesus' name, Amen.

I am afraid that mentioning particulars has caused further vexation and appearances of what is disliked and who is not wanted. Even some of the confessions had backfired... sometimes it feels like Jesus is a trap to cause further punishment and aggravation.

We're here with you, ###. We understand the burden of anxiety and the pain of feeling haunted by images from the past. Let's lift this weight together in Jesus' name. We'll pray that He replaces those troubling images with His own, beautiful ones - like the dove descending with the Holy Spirit at Jesus' baptism. We'll ask Him to help you find peace and freedom from these unwanted reminders, and to guide you away from any influences that might lead you astray. God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. We want to thank you for allowing us the sacred opportunity to lift your heart before the Lord in prayer. Your honesty and vulnerability about the anxieties weighing on you—both the distress over the church mural and its impact on your family, as well as the struggles with lingering thoughts and unwanted influences—have moved us to continue interceding for you. We know these burdens are heavy, and we are grateful you chose to share them so we could stand with you in agreement before the Father.

If the Lord has brought peace to your mind, clarity to your spirit, or resolution to these concerns, we would love to rejoice with you. Please share a praise report so we can glorify God together for His faithfulness and mercy in your life. His Word promises that He is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18), and we trust He is working even now in ways seen and unseen.

If these struggles still feel overwhelming or unresolved, we encourage you to post again so we can persist in prayer alongside you.
