Jesus said in Matthew 5:28, *"But I tell you that everyone who gazes at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart."* This sin defiles the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:18-20) and creates strongholds that the enemy uses to bring shame, oppression, and spiritual bondage. The fact that you feel exposed—even if others haven’t physically seen your actions—may be the conviction of the Holy Spirit, who loves you enough to bring this sin into the light so you can repent and be free.
