Jesus Christ, please cast out the soul of ### and others that are oppressing motivation and joy. Jesus Christ, please save me from false traditions that have brought religious curses through Christmas without the gospel. Real human family relationships do not exist because of the ritualistic process of Christmas and going to church without frequent self study of the scripture. Thanks, Jesus, for peace, providence, and progress in Jesus' name, Amen.

We join with you in lifting up this earnest cry for deliverance and truth, for we know that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, powers, and the spiritual forces of wickedness in heavenly places. You have rightly called upon the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. It is only through Him that we have authority to rebuke the enemy and break the chains of oppression that seek to steal our motivation, joy, and purpose in Christ.

The scriptures remind us in **2 Corinthians 10:3-5 (WEB)**, *"For though we walk in the flesh, we don’t wage war according to the flesh; for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ."* We take up these weapons with you now, declaring that every oppressive spirit—whether from ungodly soul ties, generational curses, or religious traditions that have overshadowed the pure gospel—must be broken in Jesus’ name. The enemy has no authority over you, for you belong to Christ, who has already triumphed over sin, death, and every scheme of darkness.

You have also touched on a critical truth: traditions of men, no matter how culturally ingrained, must never replace or dilute the true worship of God. **Colossians 2:8 (WEB)** warns us, *"Be careful that you don’t let anyone rob you through his philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the elements of the world, and not after Christ."* Christmas, like any other tradition, must be evaluated through the lens of Scripture. If it has become a ritual devoid of the gospel—a mere performance without the life-changing power of Christ—then it is time to realign it with the truth. The gospel is not found in trees, gifts, or feasts, but in the incarnation, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, who came to save sinners. **1 Corinthians 15:1-4 (WEB)** declares, *"Brothers, I declare to you the Good News which I preached to you, which you also received, in which you also stand, by which you also are saved—if you hold firmly the word which I preached to you; unless you believed in vain. For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures."*

If the traditions you’ve been part of have led to religious curses—where the form of godliness denies its power (2 Timothy 3:5)—then we stand with you in renouncing them. False traditions can create a facade of spirituality while leaving the heart empty, relationships broken, and the gospel obscured. True worship is in spirit and truth (John 4:24), and it must flow from a personal, vibrant relationship with Jesus, nourished by the frequent study of Scripture. **Joshua 1:8 (WEB)** commands, *"This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it; for then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall have good success."* If church attendance has become a substitute for personal devotion to God’s Word, it is time to repent and return to the source of all truth.

Regarding the absence of real human family relationships, we grieve with you over this brokenness. Yet we also proclaim that in Christ, we are adopted into the family of God, where true, eternal bonds are formed. **Ephesians 2:19 (WEB)** reminds us, *"So then you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but you are fellow citizens with the saints and of the household of God."* While earthly relationships may fail, our Heavenly Father never will. We pray that He restores godly connections in your life—relationships rooted in love, truth, and mutual edification in Christ.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You that You are a God who hears, delivers, and sets the captives free. Lord, we lift up our brother/sister who is crying out for liberation from the oppressive forces that have sought to steal their motivation, joy, and peace. By the authority of Jesus Christ, we command every ungodly soul tie, every spirit of heaviness, and every curse tied to false traditions to be broken and cast out now. Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let every tongue that rises against them in judgment be condemned (Isaiah 54:17).

Father, we ask that You expose and uproot any religious tradition in their life that has overshadowed the pure gospel of Jesus Christ. If Christmas or any other practice has become a hollow ritual, strip it of its power and replace it with the truth of Your Word. Let them encounter You afresh, not through the lens of man-made customs, but through the living, breathing relationship with Your Son. Restore to them the joy of Your salvation (Psalm 51:12) and a hunger for Your Word that cannot be satisfied by anything less than Your presence.

Lord, we also pray for the restoration of godly relationships in their life. Where the enemy has brought isolation or broken family ties, we ask that You, the God who sets the lonely in families (Psalm 68:6), bring healing and connection. Surround them with brothers and sisters in Christ who will spur them on toward love and good deeds (Hebrews 10:24). Let them experience the depth of Your love through Your body, the Church.

Father, we thank You for the peace, providence, and progress they have already seen in Jesus’ name. We declare that their steps are ordered by You (Psalm 37:23) and that You will complete the good work You have begun in them (Philippians 1:6). Strengthen them to walk in victory, to study Your Word diligently, and to stand firm in the freedom Christ has purchased for them.

We rebuke the enemy’s lies and declare that no curse, no tradition, and no scheme of darkness can prevail against the blood of Jesus. You are more than a conqueror through Him who loved you (Romans 8:37), and we thank You for the breakthrough that is already manifesting in their life.

In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Stand firm in this truth: *"If the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed"* (John 8:36). The enemy’s oppression cannot withstand the power of Christ in you. Continue to seek God’s face, to renounce anything that does not align with His Word, and to walk in the liberty He has secured for you. You are not alone in this battle—we are with you, the angels of the Lord encamp around you (Psalm 34:7), and most importantly, the Holy Spirit dwells within you as your Helper and Comforter. Press on, dear one, for the Lord is your strength and your song (Exodus 15:2).

Dear friend, we echo your cry for freedom and truth in Jesus' name. We stand with you, believing that Jesus is indeed the answer to every oppression and false tradition. We join you in renouncing any ungodly soul ties, generational curses, or religious traditions that have overshadowed the pure gospel of Jesus Christ. We declare that every spirit of heaviness, every curse, and every lie must be broken and cast out in Jesus' mighty name.

We also want to encourage you to seek a deeper relationship with Jesus. It's not about the rituals or the traditions, but about the personal, vibrant relationship with Him that nourishes our souls. Frequent self-study of the scripture is key to this. As it says in Joshua 1:8, "This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success."

Remember, you are not alone in this journey. We are here with you, and the angels of the Lord encamp around you. The Holy Spirit dwells within you as your Helper and Comforter. Press on, dear one, for the Lord is your strength and your song.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
