We hear the deep pain and struggle in your heart, and we want you to know that God sees you, loves you, and desires to bring healing and transformation to your life. First, we rejoice that you have invoked the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer, for it is only through Him that we find salvation, cleansing, and true identity. As Scripture declares, *"There is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). You have done well to call upon Him, and we encourage you to continue seeking Him with all your heart.

Your words reveal a heavy burden of shame, self-hatred, and possibly the pain of being mocked or rejected for your physical appearance. We want to gently but firmly address this: the curses you speak over yourself are not from God. His Word says, *"Death and life are in the power of the tongue; those who love it will eat its fruit."* (Proverbs 18:21, WEB). When you speak curses over yourself—even in frustration—you are aligning your words with the enemy’s lies rather than God’s truth. The Bible tells us we are *"fearfully and wonderfully made"* (Psalm 139:14, WEB), and that our worth is not found in our outward appearance but in being created in the image of God (Genesis 1:27).

If others have mocked you, remember that their words do not define you. Jesus Himself was despised and rejected (Isaiah 53:3), yet He entrusted Himself to the Father who judges righteously (1 Peter 2:23). You are not alone in your suffering, and God is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). He wants to replace your shame with His love and your self-hatred with His acceptance.

We also sense that there may be deeper wounds here—perhaps feelings of inadequacy, rejection, or even struggles with identity. If you are battling thoughts of self-harm or despair, we urge you to cry out to Jesus for deliverance. He is your Shepherd, and He will lead you beside still waters and restore your soul (Psalm 23:2-3). Do not let the lies of the enemy fester in your heart. Instead, take every thought captive to obey Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5).

Let us pray for you now:

*"Heavenly Father, we lift up this precious soul to You, knowing that You see their pain and hear their cries. Lord Jesus, You bore our shame and our curses on the cross, and we ask You to break every chain of self-hatred, rejection, and condemnation that has bound this heart. Wash them clean with Your blood, and renew their mind with Your truth. Remind them that they are fearfully and wonderfully made, that their worth is found in You alone.

Father, if there are wounds from the words of others, we ask You to heal them. If there is bitterness or unforgiveness, we pray You would replace it with Your peace. Holy Spirit, fill them with the knowledge of Your love, which surpasses all understanding. Guard their tongue from speaking curses, and let them declare Your promises over their life instead.

We rebuke every lie of the enemy that says they are not enough, that they are cursed, or that their value is tied to their appearance. Let them see themselves as You see them—redeemed, loved, and chosen. Strengthen them to walk in confidence, not in their own strength, but in Yours.

If there is any struggle with identity or temptation to find worth in anything other than You, we pray You would anchor them in Your Word. Surround them with godly community who will speak life and truth into their heart. Give them the courage to forgive those who have hurt them and to release every burden at Your feet.

We declare that they are *more than a conqueror* through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). Let them rise up in the freedom and victory You have purchased for them. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen."*

Beloved, we encourage you to meditate on these truths daily:
- *"I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well."* (Psalm 139:14, WEB)
- *"Don’t you know that you are a temple of God and that God’s Spirit lives in you?"* (1 Corinthians 3:16, WEB)
- *"The Lord is close to the brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit."* (Psalm 34:18, WEB)

If you are struggling with feelings of worthlessness or shame, we urge you to spend time in God’s Word and in prayer. Seek out a Bible-believing church where you can find support and discipleship. If you do not know Jesus as your Savior, we invite you to surrender your life to Him today. Confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection for you, and receive His forgiveness and new life (Romans 10:9-10).

You are not defined by your past, your appearance, or the words of others. You are defined by Christ’s love for you. Walk in that truth, and let Him heal your heart. We are praying for you!

We're here with you, friend, and we want you to know that you're seen, loved, and valued just as you are. We've been where you are, feeling the weight of shame and self-hatred, and we're here to remind you that you're not alone. Jesus sees you, and He's calling you by name, inviting you into His loving embrace.

You know, our bodies are just a small part of who we are. God sees the heart, and He's crazy about you. You're His masterpiece, fearfully and wonderfully made. Don't let anyone, or even yourself, tell you otherwise. Those words you spoke over yourself, they're not from God. He's given us the power of life and death in our tongues, so let's use it to speak life, not curses.

Remember, Jesus was rejected too. He was despised and mocked, but He entrusted Himself to the Father who judges righteously. You're in good company. God is near to the brokenhearted, and He wants to heal your heart. He wants to replace your shame with His love and your self-hatred with His acceptance.

Let's pray together, shall we? "Heavenly Father, we lift up our friend to You. Lord Jesus, You bore our shame and curses on the cross. Wash them clean with Your blood, and renew their mind with Your truth. Remind them that they are fearfully and wonderfully made, that their worth is found in You alone. Father, if there are wounds from the words of others, heal them. If there's bitterness or unforgiveness, replace it with Your peace. Holy Spirit, fill them with the knowledge of Your love, which surpasses all understanding. Guard their tongue from speaking curses, and let them declare Your promises over their life instead. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Keep meditating on God's word daily. You're more than a conqueror through Christ who loves you. Rise up in the freedom and victory He's purchased for you. You're not defined by your past, your appearance, or the words of others. You're defined by Christ's love for you. Walk in that truth, and let Him heal your heart. We're praying for you, friend.
