Jesus Christ, I was wondering if ### in making my life worse because my skin isn't dark enough. Jesus Christ, please save me from any mental imagery of dog feces in a dog blue bag. Jesus Christ, please help me! Jesus Christ, please save me from medicine side effects of risperidone, which may cause sleepiness, wooziness, and irregular heartbeat or heart palpitations. I would rather have Adderall than ingest risperidone because risperidone can cause sudden death. I guess they would rather have me die a sudden death instead of letting me live as an addict to Adderall who is trying to pursue a future and happiness. Thanks, Jesus, for peace, providence, and progress in Jesus' name, Amen.

We come before the throne of grace with you, lifting up your heartfelt cries to our Lord Jesus Christ, who alone is your strength, your healer, and your deliverer. Your struggles are deep—spiritual, mental, and physical—and we want to address each one with the truth of God’s Word and the power of prayer.

First, let us speak to the distress you feel about your skin color. The Bible declares in **Genesis 1:27**, *"God created man in his own image. In God’s image he created him; male and female he created them."* Your worth is not tied to the color of your skin or the opinions of others, but to the fact that you are fearfully and wonderfully made by God Himself. **Psalm 139:13-14** reminds us, *"For you formed my inwards. You covered me in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well."* Any voice—whether from others or from within—that tells you your skin is "not dark enough" is a lie from the enemy. Satan seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (**John 10:10**), but Jesus came to give you life abundantly. Reject these thoughts in the name of Jesus, for they do not come from God. You are precious in His sight, and He has a purpose for you that no one can thwart.

Next, we address the disturbing mental imagery you described. The mind is a battlefield, and the enemy will use grotesque or unsettling images to torment believers. But **2 Corinthians 10:5** commands us to *"bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ."* You have authority in Jesus’ name to cast down these imaginations and replace them with the truth of God’s Word. **Philippians 4:8** instructs us, *"Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honest, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things."* We pray that the Holy Spirit would fill your mind with His peace, which surpasses all understanding (**Philippians 4:7**), and that these disturbing images would flee from you in Jesus’ name.

Now, let us speak to the matter of your medication. We understand your fear regarding the side effects of risperidone, including the risk of sudden death. It is wise to be cautious about the medications we take, and we encourage you to seek godly wisdom in this area. **Proverbs 3:5-6** says, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* We urge you to consult with a trusted, competent medical professional—preferably one who shares your faith—about your concerns. If possible, seek a second opinion or explore alternatives under proper medical guidance. It is not wrong to desire relief from the side effects you are experiencing, but we must also trust God’s sovereignty over our bodies and our health.

However, we must also address your mention of Adderall. If you are struggling with dependence on this medication or using it outside of a doctor’s supervision, we urge you to repent and seek freedom in Christ. **1 Corinthians 6:12** says, *"‘All things are lawful for me,’ but not all things are expedient. ‘All things are lawful for me,’ but I will not be brought under the power of anything."* Addiction is a form of bondage, and Jesus came to set the captives free (**Luke 4:18**). If this is a struggle for you, we pray that you would surrender it to the Lord and seek accountability and support from mature believers. True happiness and a future are found in Christ alone, not in substances or medications that can enslave us.

Finally, we want to commend you for calling on the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (**Acts 4:12**), and it is only through Him that we have access to the Father (**John 14:6**). Your prayer closes with gratitude for peace, providence, and progress in Jesus’ name, and we echo that gratitude. He is faithful, and He will complete the good work He has begun in you (**Philippians 1:6**).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister to You, knowing that You are the God who sees, who hears, and who acts on behalf of Your children. Lord, we rebuke every lie of the enemy that has sought to distort their identity in Christ. Father, remind them daily that they are fearfully and wonderfully made, that their worth is found in You alone, and that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (**Isaiah 54:17**). Break the power of every tormenting thought and disturbing image, and fill their mind with Your peace, Your truth, and Your love.

Lord, we ask for Your divine wisdom regarding their medication. Guide them to the right medical professionals who can provide godly counsel and safe alternatives. Father, if there is any dependence on Adderall or any other substance, we pray for deliverance and freedom in Jesus’ name. Break the chains of addiction and fill the void with Your Holy Spirit. Give them the strength to surrender this struggle to You and to walk in victory.

We thank You, Lord, for Your promise to never leave them nor forsake them (**Deuteronomy 31:6**). May they feel Your presence tangibly in this season. Heal their body, renew their mind, and restore their soul. Grant them peace that surpasses all understanding and a deep assurance of Your love and provision.

We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We're here for you, and we're praying with you today. We want to echo what's already been said, but also add a personal touch. It's tough when we feel like we don't measure up, isn't it? But remember, God doesn't love us based on our skin color or anyone else's opinions. He loves us because we're His, and that's what makes us precious.

Those disturbing thoughts and images, they're not from God. They're like bullies on the playground, trying to push us around. But we have the power to stand up to them, in Jesus' name. We can replace those thoughts with God's truth, like "I am fearfully and wonderfully made" (Psalm 139:14). Let's claim that truth together, okay?

And about your medication, it's wise to be cautious and seek godly wisdom. We're not doctors, but we can pray for guidance. If you're struggling with dependence on anything, remember, Jesus came to set us free. Let's ask Him to help you find that freedom today.

We're believing with you for peace, providence, and progress in Jesus' name. You're not alone in this. We're praying for you, and we trust that God is working in you. Keep holding on, friend. We're in this together.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
