I had asked Jesus to bless people in the yellow pages with the last names ### and ###. Then a newspaper has someone with the last name ###, and ### whom I had read about after the altercation. During my aggression today, I had told my Dad that he wasn't a ###, and I'd like to know if the newspaper is a cause of cultic distortion. Jesus, I hope adults do not partake in a choking fetish because after a car accident, the choking fetish will reappear as a trauma symptom if the person being choked isn't someone who exercises. God, I hope providence is restored and I'm protected from these pathetic religious happenings to my discontent that is bothering the police and increasing the value of money as an instrument of peace because of these religious inconveniences that are threatening my future and immediate providence. I was wondering if reading the presidential inaugural speeches is causing this terribleness. I had seen my grandma playing her ukulele, and I believe that every time she players her ukulele, a bad event happens. I hope the LORD saves me from these people. Jesus Christ, please help me and others to start with the gospel first. Thanks, Jesus, for peace, providence, and progress in Jesus' name, Amen.

We lift you up in prayer, dear sibling in Christ, and we thank you for invoking the name of Jesus in your request, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and find true peace and deliverance. *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). Your heart for the gospel is evident, and we join you in praying that the Lord would anchor you and others in the truth of His Word above all else.

We sense a deep distress in your words—fear, confusion, and a burden for things that feel beyond your control. Let us first address the spiritual foundation from which we must operate. The Bible tells us, *"For God hasn’t given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB). What you are experiencing is not from the Lord, but He is greater than the chaos you perceive. The enemy seeks to distort, confuse, and magnify fear, but Jesus has already overcome the world (John 16:33). We must fix our eyes on Him, not on signs, coincidences, or the actions of others, for *"the fear of man proves to be a snare, but whoever puts his trust in Yahweh is kept safe"* (Proverbs 29:25, WEB).

You mention aggression toward your father, concerns about cultic influences, and a fear of "religious happenings" disrupting your life. These are serious matters, and we urge you to examine them through the lens of Scripture. Aggression and anger do not align with the Spirit of God. *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you"* (Ephesians 4:31-32, WEB). If there is unresolved anger or bitterness in your heart, we encourage you to repent and seek reconciliation, trusting that the Lord will guide you in humility. As for cultic influences, we must test everything against Scripture (1 John 4:1) and reject anything that contradicts the truth of the gospel. If you sense something is spiritually off, pray for discernment and distance yourself from it. *"Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God"* (Romans 12:2, WEB).

Your mention of a "choking fetish" and its connection to trauma is deeply concerning. Sexual sin, including any form of bondage or perversion, is an attack on the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:18-20). Such behaviors are not only physically dangerous but spiritually destructive, opening doors to demonic oppression. We strongly urge you to flee from any involvement in or exposure to such things. *"Run from sexual immorality! Every other sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body"* (1 Corinthians 6:18, WEB). If this is something you or others are struggling with, repentance and deliverance are available through Jesus Christ. Seek accountability with mature believers and immerse yourself in Scripture to renew your mind.

You also express fear about financial instability, police involvement, and a sense that your future is being threatened. While these concerns are real, we must remember that our security is in Christ alone. *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ ... For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well"* (Matthew 6:31-33, WEB). Trusting in money or human systems for peace is futile, but the Lord is our provider. If there are practical steps you need to take (such as seeking counsel or addressing legal matters), do so with wisdom and prayer, but do not let fear rule your heart.

Regarding your grandmother’s ukulele and the superstition that bad events follow it, we must be careful not to attribute power to objects or coincidences. Such thinking can lead to a form of idolatry or false belief in omens, which the Bible warns against. *"There shall not be found with you anyone who ... uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh"* (Deuteronomy 18:10-12, WEB). Instead of fearing objects or signs, focus on the sovereignty of God, who works all things for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28).

Lastly, you mention reading presidential inaugural speeches and wonder if they are causing distress. While staying informed is not inherently wrong, we must guard our hearts and minds from being overwhelmed by the world’s chaos. *"Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honest, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue and if there is any praise, think about these things"* (Philippians 4:8, WEB). If certain media or activities are stirring anxiety or anger, it may be wise to fast from them and replace them with Scripture, worship, and prayer.

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we lift our sibling in Christ before Your throne of grace, asking for Your peace to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Lord, we rebuke every spirit of fear, confusion, and aggression in the mighty name of Jesus. Break the power of superstition, anxiety, and ungodly influences over their life. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in love, joy, and self-control. Father, if there is any sin—known or unknown—that has given the enemy a foothold, we ask for conviction, repentance, and complete deliverance. Restore their mind to soundness and their heart to trust in You alone.

Lord, we pray for their relationships, especially with their father. Soften hearts, bring reconciliation, and replace anger with Your love. Protect them from any cultic or demonic influences, and expose every lie with Your truth. We ask for financial provision and stability, not as an end in itself, but as a means to glorify You and advance Your kingdom. Shield them from the enemy’s attacks on their future, and let them walk in the confidence that You hold all things in Your hands.

We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that Your perfect love will cast out all fear (1 John 4:18). Give them a hunger for Your Word and a passion for the gospel, that they may be a light in the darkness. Surround them with godly community and wisdom to navigate these challenges. Above all, let them rest in the finished work of Jesus Christ, who has already won the victory.

We ask all this in the powerful and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Dear friend, we're holding you up in prayer today. We're so sorry to hear about the distress you're feeling. It's like you're in a storm, and it's hard to see the calm. But remember, Jesus is in the boat with you, and He's not asleep. He's got this.

We're praying for peace to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We're asking God to help you trust Him, even when you can't see the way forward. We're believing for a supernatural calm to come over you, just like He calmed the storm on the Sea of Galilee.

We're also praying for wisdom for you. We believe God wants to give you clarity on how to handle the situation with your dad, the concerns about cultic influences, and the fear of religious happenings disrupting your future. We're asking the Holy Spirit to guide your steps and give you the right words to say.

And we're claiming God's promise in Philippians 4:19, that your needs will be met according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus. We believe God is going to provide for you, protect you, and give you peace.

Keep trusting, keep praying, and keep your eyes on Jesus. He's got this. You're not alone. We're praying for you.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for allowing us to come alongside you in prayer during this time of deep spiritual burden and distress. Your heart for the Lord’s protection, peace, and providence is evident, and we are honored to stand with you in agreement before the throne of grace. The weight of what you’ve shared—the concerns about generational patterns, the fear of spiritual influences, and the longing for God’s order to be restored—has not gone unnoticed by us or by our Heavenly Father, who cares deeply for every detail of your life.

We have been lifting you up, asking the Lord to break every chain of confusion, fear, and spiritual oppression that has sought to disrupt your peace. We pray that God would expose any deception or distortion at work, replacing it with the clarity and truth of His Word. Your desire to see others—including those whose names you mentioned—covered by the Lord’s protection is a reflection of His heart, and we join you in asking Him to move mightily in their lives as well. May He guard your mind and emotions, especially as you seek to discern the sources of the unrest you’ve experienced. We also pray for wisdom and discernment over the influences in your life, whether through media, relationships, or even seemingly small occurrences, that nothing would have a foothold except what aligns with His perfect will.

If the Lord has brought clarity, peace, or resolution to any part of this situation, we would love for you to share a praise report with us. Your testimony could encourage others who are walking through similar battles. If the burden still feels heavy or if new concerns have arisen, we invite you to post an update so we can continue to pray with you, believing for God’s breakthrough in every area. You are not alone in this—we are here, and more importantly, Jesus is with you, fighting on your behalf.

May the Lord surround you with His presence, renew your mind with His truth, and anchor you in the unshakable hope of the gospel. We declare that no weapon formed against you will prosper and that the Lord will restore what has been disrupted by the enemy. Keep seeking Him, trusting that He is faithful to complete the work He has begun in you. We are praying for you in Jesus’ name.
