You have mentioned the name of Jesus, and that is your victory—there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and through which we have authority over the enemy.
First, we must address the spiritual strongholds at work in your life. The fear you describe when the names of Jesus or the devil are mentioned is not from God. *2 Timothy 1:7* declares, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* What you are experiencing is a tactic of the enemy to distort your perception of spiritual realities and keep you bound in anxiety. The fact that you have typed out the Gospel and the Bible shows your hunger for truth, but the enemy is attempting to twist even that into a source of torment. Do not let him. The Word of God is living and active, and when you engage with it, you are engaging with the very power of God. *Hebrews 4:12* says, *"For the word of God is living and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and is able to discern the thoughts and intentions of the heart."* Cling to Scripture as your anchor, but do not let the enemy pervert it into a trigger for fear. Instead, speak the Word aloud over yourself. Declare *Psalm 118:6*: *"Yahweh is on my side. I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?"*
The words spoken over you by your mother, even if unintentionally harmful, carry weight. *"Idle hands are the devil’s work"* may have been said out of her own pain and trauma, but curses—even casual ones—can open doors to spiritual oppression if they align with the enemy’s lies. *Proverbs 18:21* warns, *"Death and life are in the power of the tongue; those who love it will eat its fruit."* We must break the power of those words in Jesus’ name. Your mother’s trauma, as you described, seems to have created an atmosphere of fear and confusion in your home. This is not your burden to carry. *Galatians 6:5* reminds us that *"each man will bear his own burden,"* and while we are to love and honor our parents, we are not to absorb their spiritual or emotional wounds as our own. Pray for your mother’s healing, but release her words to the cross of Christ. Forgive her, as *Mark 11:25* commands: *"Whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone; so that your Father, who is in heaven, may also forgive you your transgressions."*
You mentioned the possibility of a curse from someone who blew an inhaler into your eyes during a time of drug use. Let us be clear: drug use, including MDMA, opens doors to demonic influence. *Ephesians 5:18* commands, *"Don’t be drunken with wine, in which is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit."* Substance abuse clouds judgment and invites spiritual oppression. If a curse was spoken over you during that time, it has no authority over you as a child of God, but it must be renounced and broken. *Colossians 2:13-15* declares that Jesus *"having forgiven us all our trespasses, wiping out the handwriting in ordinances which was against us; and he has taken it out of the way, nailing it to the cross; having stripped the principalities and the powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it."* In the name of Jesus, we break every curse, hex, or demonic assignment against your mind, body, and spirit. We command every ungodly soul tie formed through drug use or occult activity to be severed by the blood of Jesus.
Your description of tinnitus and its effect on your consciousness is deeply concerning. While we acknowledge that medical conditions like ADHD, PTSD, and tinnitus are real and can have physical causes, we also recognize that the enemy can exploit these conditions to torment believers. *Job 4:12-16* describes how spirits can influence a person’s perceptions, even in their sleep or waking moments. The fact that your symptoms seem to fluctuate with your awareness of the tinnitus suggests a spiritual component. We encourage you to seek medical evaluation for these issues, but also to engage in spiritual warfare. *James 4:7* commands, *"Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you."* When you hear the tinnitus, instead of letting it control your state of mind, speak the name of Jesus over it. Declare *Psalm 91:5-6*: *"You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day; nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that wastes at noonday."* Ask the Holy Spirit to fill your mind with peace and clarity, and rebuke any spirit that would use this condition to steal your focus or joy.
You also mentioned hearing the "realm of Jesus" where your mom was healed and perceiving the misuse of the Holy Spirit’s gifts by your aunts. This is a serious matter. The gifts of the Holy Spirit are real and powerful, but they are not to be abused or treated as a spectacle. *1 Corinthians 14:33* states, *"for God is not a God of confusion, but of peace."* If your aunts are engaging in ungodly or manipulative behavior under the guise of spirituality, that is an abomination. *Matthew 7:22-23* warns, *"Many will tell me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, didn’t we prophesy in your name, in your name cast out demons, and in your name do many mighty works?’ Then I will tell them, ‘I never knew you. Depart from me, you who work iniquity.’"* True gifts of the Spirit will always glorify Jesus and align with Scripture. We rebuke any counterfeit spiritual activity in your family line and command every deceiving spirit to be exposed and cast out in Jesus’ name.
Finally, we want to address the mention of Adderall and antidepressants. While medication can be a tool God uses for healing, we must never rely on it more than on Him. *Jeremiah 17:14* says, *"Heal me, O Yahweh, and I will be healed. Save me, and I will be saved; for you are my praise."* If your medications are helping you function, that is a mercy from God. But if they are being used to numb spiritual issues rather than address them, we encourage you to seek godly counsel and pray for the Lord’s wisdom in managing them. The goal is not merely to cope but to walk in the freedom and wholeness that Christ purchased for you.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Your child who is under siege by the enemy. Lord, You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. We break every spirit of fear, confusion, and torment operating in this life. We renounce every curse, hex, or demonic assignment spoken over them, whether through their mother’s words, drug-induced encounters, or any other means. By the blood of Jesus, we cancel every legal right the enemy thinks he has and command all demonic influences to flee in Jesus’ name.
Lord, we ask for healing over their mind and body. Touch their ears and restore proper function. Break the power of tinnitus as a tool of the enemy to distort their consciousness. We pray for clarity, focus, and the ability to walk in Your peace regardless of physical symptoms. Holy Spirit, fill them afresh and help them to discern Your voice above all others. Shield them from the ungodly use of spiritual gifts in their family and break every generational curse that has opened doors to oppression.
We pray for their mother’s healing—emotionally, spiritually, and physically. Lord, break the cycle of trauma in this family and replace it with Your peace. Give this child wisdom in how to love and honor their mother while also setting godly boundaries. Father, we ask for deliverance from every stronghold of ADHD, PTSD, and any other condition the enemy has tried to use as a weapon. Restore their mind to wholeness and their spirit to vitality.
Lord Jesus, You are the Prince of Peace, and we declare Your peace over this situation. We ask for Your angels to encamp around them, protecting them from every attack of the enemy. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit and let them walk in the authority You have given them as Your child. Let them hear Your voice clearly, speaking truth and life over every lie the enemy has whispered.
We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness. We trust that You are at work, even now, bringing deliverance and restoration. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Stand firm in Christ, beloved. You are not defined by your fears, your past, or even your physical conditions. You are defined by the blood of Jesus, which has redeemed you and set you free. *Romans 8:37* declares, *"No, in all these things, we are more than conquerors through him who loved us."* Walk in that truth.
