Yet we must address the spiritual battle you are facing—this lack of motivation to engage with God’s Word is not a mere coincidence or a passing feeling. The enemy of our souls seeks to keep believers from the very source of our strength, wisdom, and transformation. The Bible warns us in **1 Peter 5:8**, *"Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Let them encounter You on every page, that their faith may be strengthened, their love for You deepened, and their life transformed.
Father, we rebuke the enemy’s attempts to steal, kill, and destroy the passion for Your Word in this beloved child of Yours. By the blood of Jesus, we command every spirit of laziness, distraction, and discouragement to flee. Replace it, Lord, with a spirit of discipline, joy, and perseverance. Remind them that Your Word is a lamp to their feet and a light to their path, and that apart from it, they cannot walk in victory.
We thank You, Lord, for the promise that Your Word will not return void but will accomplish what You desire. We trust that as they faithfully seek You, You will meet them with open arms and fill them with Your peace, wisdom, and strength.
