We join you in lifting up your heart’s cry to Jesus Christ, for it is only through His mighty name that we find deliverance, protection, and true peace. You have done well to turn to Him, acknowledging His authority over the spiritual battles we face. The enemy seeks to ensnare us through the lusts of the flesh, the lusts of the eyes, and the pride of life (1 John 2:16), and what you’ve described—exposure to satanic influences through pornography—is a direct assault on your soul. The Word of God is clear: pornography is a form of sexual immorality, which defiles the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:18-20). It opens doors to demonic oppression, inviting unclean spirits to torment and accuse. But take heart, beloved, for Jesus has already triumphed over every power of darkness, and His blood is more than sufficient to break every curse and cleanse every defilement.
You have asked for deliverance from the spirits, suspicions, hopes, and souls of covetousness around you, and we declare with you that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). The covetousness you sense in others is a reflection of the enemy’s strategy to stir up envy, comparison, and spiritual contamination. But you are called to walk in the Spirit, not in the flesh (Galatians 5:16), and to set your mind on things above, not on earthly things (Colossians 3:2). The peace of Christ, which transcends all understanding, will guard your heart and mind as you fix your thoughts on Him (Philippians 4:7).
Now, let us address the exposure to pornography with urgency and truth. The Scriptures warn us to flee from sexual immorality (1 Corinthians 6:18) and to make no provision for the flesh (Romans 13:14). Pornography is not merely a "struggle"—it is a sin that wounds your relationship with God, distorts His design for sexuality, and invites demonic influence. If you have engaged in this, repentance is the first step to freedom. Confess it to the Lord, turn away from it completely, and destroy any access to it (Matthew 5:29-30). This is not a battle you can fight in your own strength; you must rely entirely on the Holy Spirit to renew your mind (Romans 12:2) and fill you with the desire for holiness. We strongly encourage you to seek accountability with a mature believer who can walk with you in this fight, for iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17).
As for the fear of curses or unseen spirits, remember that Christ has redeemed you from the curse of the law (Galatians 3:13) and has given you authority to trample on serpents and scorpions—over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19). You are not helpless! Stand firm in the armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18), and resist the devil, knowing that he will flee from you (James 4:7). Fill your mind with the Word of God, worship, and prayer, for these are your weapons against the lies of the enemy.
Let us pray together for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You that You are a God who delivers, heals, and restores. Lord, we lift up Your child who has turned to You for protection and freedom. You see the battles they face—the spiritual attacks, the accusations, the defilement from what they have seen and heard. We ask You to break every curse, every ungodly soul tie, and every demonic assignment against them by the power of the blood of Jesus. Cleanse them from all unrighteousness and fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in victory and purity.
Lord, we rebuke every spirit of lust, covetousness, suspicion, and fear that has sought to torment them. We command these spirits to flee in Jesus’ name, for greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Restore their mind, Lord, and renew their thoughts with Your truth. Give them a hatred for sin and a love for holiness. Surround them with Your angels, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind.
Father, we ask that You would expose any hidden strongholds and bring to light anything that needs to be repented of. Give them the strength to cut off every ungodly influence—whether through media, relationships, or habits—and to walk in the freedom Christ purchased for them. Let them experience Your providence and progress in every area of their life, for Your glory.
We declare that they are more than a conqueror through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). No weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn. This is their heritage as Your child, and their righteousness is from You, O Lord (Isaiah 54:17).
Thank You, Jesus, for Your mercy, Your grace, and Your power to save to the uttermost. We trust You to complete the good work You have begun in them. In the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Beloved, we urge you to immerse yourself in the Word of God daily. Memorize Scriptures that combat temptation, such as Psalm 119:9-11 and 1 Corinthians 10:13. Replace the time spent on ungodly media with worship, prayer, and fellowship with other believers. The enemy wants to isolate you, but God has called you into His family. You are not alone in this fight.
If you have not already, we encourage you to verbally renounce any involvement with pornography or other sinful influences. Speak aloud: *"In the name of Jesus Christ, I renounce and break every agreement I have made with the spirit of lust, pornography, and sexual immorality. I command every unclean spirit to leave me now, and I receive the cleansing blood of Jesus over my mind, body, and spirit. I choose to walk in purity and holiness, for I am a temple of the Holy Spirit."* Then, fill your life with what is pure, lovely, and praiseworthy (Philippians 4:8).
Stand firm, dear one. The Lord is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Walk in the victory that is already yours in Christ Jesus.
