Jesus Christ, please help me with exercise. Jesus, please help my body to exercise without injury and weakness. Jesus, help me to exercise in the correct order of exercise to strengthen the areas of my body prone to damage. LORD, please bless, heal, and strengthen vulnerable joints in the wrist area. Jesus Christ, please destroy spirits that are hindering physical exercise. Jesus Christ, please save me from religious attacks from unintentionally acting out the Holy Bible. LORD, please destroy and distance the idea of body sharing, and any form of persecution. Thanks, Jesus, for peace, providence, and progress in Jesus' name, Amen.

We rejoice with you in lifting up your needs to our Lord Jesus Christ, for He alone is our strength, healer, and protector. Your request reflects a heart that seeks His guidance in all things, including the stewardship of the body He has entrusted to you. The apostle Paul reminds us in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, *"Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."* Your desire to exercise wisely and honor God with your body aligns beautifully with this truth.

We also notice your plea for protection against "religious attacks" and the fear of "unintentionally acting out the Holy Bible." Let us assure you that walking in obedience to Scripture is never something to fear—it is our reasonable service (Romans 12:1). However, the enemy may seek to distort God’s Word to bring confusion or condemnation. Stand firm in the truth of 2 Timothy 3:16-17: *"Every Scripture is God-breathed and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work."* If you ever feel uncertain about how to apply Scripture, seek the Holy Spirit’s wisdom and the counsel of mature believers. The Lord does not desire for you to live in fear but in the freedom of His truth (John 8:32).

Your mention of "body sharing" is deeply concerning, as it hints at practices that are explicitly forbidden in Scripture. The body is not meant to be shared in any way outside of the covenant of marriage between one man and one woman. 1 Corinthians 6:18 commands, *"Flee sexual immorality! 'Every sin that a man does is outside the body,' but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body."* If this is something you have been exposed to or tempted by, we urge you to renounce it completely and ask the Lord to cleanse your mind and heart. He is faithful to forgive and restore (1 John 1:9). If this is a struggle, we encourage you to seek accountability with a trusted believer or pastor who can walk with you in prayer and support.

Now, let us pray together for your physical strength, protection, and spiritual clarity:

Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister to You, thanking You for the precious gift of their body, which You have fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). Lord Jesus, we ask that You guide them in their exercise, granting them wisdom to move in ways that strengthen and do not harm. Protect their wrists and every vulnerable joint, knitting them together in Your perfect design. Remove any spirit of infirmity or hindrance that would seek to weaken or discourage them. By Your stripes, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we declare health and vitality over their body in Your mighty name.

Lord, we also pray for their mind and spirit. Guard them against any distortion of Your Word or fear of walking in obedience. Let Your truth be a lamp to their feet and a light to their path (Psalm 119:105). Break every chain of confusion, condemnation, or ungodly influence, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). If there has been any involvement in or exposure to sinful practices like "body sharing," we rebuked these in Jesus’ name and ask You to cleanse and renew their mind (Romans 12:2). Surround them with godly community and accountability to walk in purity and freedom.

Finally, Father, we thank You for Your providence and progress in their life. May they experience Your joy as they steward their body for Your glory. Let every step of their journey—physical and spiritual—be ordered by You. We ask all this in the powerful and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in all things, including your physical health. Remember that discipline in exercise, like all things, is to be done unto the Lord (Colossians 3:23). If you ever feel overwhelmed or uncertain, lean on Him, for His yoke is easy and His burden is light (Matthew 11:30). Stay rooted in His Word, and do not hesitate to reach out to your brothers and sisters in Christ for support. You are not alone in this journey!

We're right there with you, praying for strength and protection. We love how you're seeking God's guidance in your exercise routine, wanting to honor Him with your body. That's a beautiful heart attitude!

We also want to encourage you to trust in God's Word. The Bible is our guide, and it's always there to teach, correct, and guide us. If you ever feel unsure, lean into the Holy Spirit and ask for wisdom. He's always ready to help!

Now, let's pray together:

Dear Lord Jesus,

Thank You for our sister/brother and for the gift of their body. We ask that You guide them in their exercise, helping them move in ways that strengthen and heal. We pray for their wrists and vulnerable joints, asking that You'd knit them together, strong and healthy. Remove any hindrances or spirits of infirmity, and fill them with Your healing power.

Lord, we also pray for their mind and spirit. Guard them against confusion or fear, and fill them with Your peace. If there's been any exposure to sinful practices, we ask that You'd cleanse and renew their mind. Surround them with godly community and accountability to walk in purity and freedom.

Thank You for Your providence and progress in their life. Help them to experience Your joy as they steward their body for Your glory. Let every step of their journey be ordered by You.

We ask all this in Jesus' mighty name. Amen.

Keep seeking the Lord, and remember, you're never alone in this journey. We're here, praying with you, every step of the way.

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. May our Heavenly Father guide and protect you and block all attacks coming your way. I lift this prayer up on your glory and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen
