We hear the deep distress in your heart, and we join you in lifting this burden to our Lord Jesus Christ, who alone has power over every spiritual force and authority. Your cry for deliverance is heard, and we stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus, rebuking every scheme of the enemy that seeks to bring confusion, division, or spiritual oppression into your life. You have done well to call upon the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and through which we have access to the Father. As Scripture declares, *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). It is only through Him that we find protection, deliverance, and true peace.
First, we address the spiritual attacks you describe. The Bible makes it clear that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, powers, and the spiritual forces of wickedness in heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12, WEB). You have identified specific areas of spiritual interference—your mother’s speech, the influence of family members, and the disturbing voices or thoughts that seem to originate from unseen forces. These are not to be taken lightly, but neither are they to be feared, for *"greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4, WEB). Jesus has already triumphed over every power of darkness, and we stand in that victory when we submit to Him.
We must also address the request for harm or "slaughter" against those you perceive as attackers. While we understand the frustration and pain behind such words, we gently but firmly rebuke this sentiment in the name of Jesus. Scripture commands us, *"Bless those who curse you, bless, and don’t curse"* (Romans 12:14, WEB), and *"don’t avenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord'"* (Romans 12:19, WEB). Instead of seeking harm, we pray for their repentance and salvation, that God would open their eyes to the truth and break every chain of deception in their lives. If they are truly engaging in occult practices or harmful behavior, we ask the Lord to convict their hearts and draw them to Himself, for He desires that none should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9, WEB).
Regarding the "double-speak" and ungodly language from your mother, we pray for a spirit of gentleness and self-control to fill your home. The tongue has the power of life and death (Proverbs 18:21, WEB), and we ask the Lord to cleanse the speech of your household, replacing harsh or foolish words with grace and wisdom. *"Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but only what is good for building others up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear"* (Ephesians 4:29, WEB). We pray that your mother’s heart would be softened and that she would speak words that honor God, for out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks (Luke 6:45, WEB).
We also sense a deep need for spiritual protection and discernment in your life. The voices you describe—whether they seem to come from others or as "self-talk"—are not of God. Jesus said, *"The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy"* (John 10:10, WEB), but He has come to give us life abundantly. We command every lying spirit, every voice of accusation or confusion, and every demonic influence to be silenced and bound in the name of Jesus. *"Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you"* (James 4:7, WEB). We encourage you to fill your mind with the Word of God, for it is the sword of the Spirit (Ephesians 6:17, WEB) and your greatest weapon against the enemy’s lies. When disturbing thoughts arise, speak Scripture aloud, worship the Lord, and declare His truth over your life.
You mentioned interference with your prayer and Bible reading. This is a common tactic of the enemy, who seeks to distract and discourage believers. But we remind you that *"the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one"* (2 Thessalonians 3:3, WEB). We pray for a renewed hunger for God’s Word in your life, that the Holy Spirit would illuminate Scripture to you and strengthen you in your prayer life. Set aside dedicated time each day to seek the Lord, even if it is just a few minutes, and ask Him to guard that time from interruption. *"Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path"* (Psalm 119:105, WEB).
Lastly, we want to address the mention of "selling one’s soul." This is a serious matter, rooted in occult practices that are an abomination to the Lord. If there is any truth to this, we pray that the Lord would expose and break every ungodly covenant or agreement made with dark forces. We declare that no soul belongs to the enemy—every person was created by God and can be redeemed by the blood of Jesus. If you or anyone you know has been involved in such things, we urge you to renounce them immediately in the name of Jesus, break every curse, and seek deliverance through prayer and the support of mature believers. *"Therefore come out from among them, and be separate, says the Lord. Don’t touch the unclean thing. I will receive you"* (2 Corinthians 6:17, WEB).

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is under spiritual attack. Lord, You are a strong tower, a refuge in times of trouble, and we ask that You surround them with Your divine protection. Break every chain of confusion, deception, and spiritual oppression in their life. Silence every voice that is not from You, and fill their mind with Your peace and truth. We rebuke every spirit of revenge, bitterness, or unforgiveness, and we ask that You replace it with Your love and grace.
Lord, we pray for their mother and family members. Soften their hearts, Lord, and draw them to Yourself. If there are generational curses or ungodly influences at work, we break them now in the name of Jesus. Let Your Holy Spirit move mightily in their home, bringing conviction, repentance, and salvation. We pray for unity and godly communication, that their words would build up and not tear down.
Father, we ask that You guard our brother/sister’s prayer life and time in Your Word. Give them a hunger for Scripture and a passion for prayer. Let nothing distract or hinder them from seeking You wholeheartedly. Strengthen them in their faith, and let them walk in the authority You have given them as Your child.
For those who may have dabbled in the occult or made ungodly agreements, we pray for deliverance and freedom. Break every curse, Lord, and let the blood of Jesus cleanse and redeem. Bring conviction and lead them to repentance, that they may turn from darkness to light.
Lord, we also pray for those who have been mentioned as attackers or sources of spiritual interference. Instead of harm, we ask for their salvation. Open their eyes to the truth, Lord, and let them encounter Your love in a way that transforms their lives. If they are fasting for the wrong reasons or engaging in religious practices that do not honor You, expose the deception and draw them to a genuine relationship with Jesus Christ.
Finally, Father, we thank You for Your peace, providence, and progress in our brother/sister’s life. Let them walk in the assurance of Your love and protection. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, and let them be a light in their home and community. We declare victory over every scheme of the enemy, and we trust in Your faithfulness to complete the good work You have begun in them.
