We come before the Lord with you in this time of distress, lifting your concerns to the throne of grace, for it is written, *"Let’s therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and may find grace for help in time of need"* (Hebrews 4:16, WEB). It is clear that you are experiencing spiritual disturbances that have left you troubled, and we want to assure you that in Christ, there is deliverance, protection, and authority over every strange or unsettling occurrence. You have called upon the name of Jesus, and that is where your victory lies, for *"there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB).
First, let us address the act of writing down Scripture and the Psalms. This is a noble and godly practice, one that is encouraged in God’s Word. In Deuteronomy 6:6-9, we are instructed to keep God’s words in our hearts, teach them diligently to our children, and write them on the doorposts of our houses. Joshua 1:8 tells us, *"This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night."* So, the act of writing Scripture is not the issue—it is a righteous act. However, the enemy can seek to twist even godly practices to cause fear or confusion. This is why we must always cover our actions in prayer and submit them to the Lord’s protection.
The strange occurrences you describe—such as drawings appearing in media or names you’ve written manifesting in unexpected ways—are not of God. Our Lord is not the author of confusion but of peace (1 Corinthians 14:33). These experiences sound like spiritual attacks designed to disturb your peace and create fear. The Bible warns us that Satan is a deceiver who seeks to distort reality and lead believers into anxiety. *"Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour"* (1 Peter 5:8, WEB). But take heart, for *"greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4, WEB).
We must also address the concern about being mocked or labeled in a derogatory way because of something as simple as wearing pink. The world may seek to shame or ridicule, but your identity is in Christ alone. *"If God is for us, who can be against us?"* (Romans 8:31, WEB). Do not fear the opinions of others, for *"the fear of man proves to be a snare, but whoever puts his trust in Yahweh is kept safe"* (Proverbs 29:25, WEB). You are a child of God, and no label or mockery from the world can change that. Clothe yourself instead with the armor of God, that you may stand firm against every scheme of the enemy (Ephesians 6:10-18).
Now, let us pray together for your deliverance and peace:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our brother/sister who is experiencing spiritual attacks and disturbances that have caused fear and confusion. Lord, You are the God of all peace, and we ask that You rebuked every demonic force seeking to torment or deceive. By the authority of Jesus Christ, we bind every spirit of fear, confusion, and manipulation, and we command them to flee in Jesus’ name.
Father, we ask that You surround our brother/sister with Your heavenly angels, as it is written, *"For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways"* (Psalm 91:11, WEB). Protect their mind, their heart, and their spirit from every attack of the enemy. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Lord, we pray that You would cleanse their surroundings of any ungodly influences or open doors that may have allowed these disturbances to occur. If there has been any unintentional involvement in things that are not pleasing to You, we ask for Your forgiveness and cleansing by the blood of Jesus. *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9, WEB).
We declare that no weapon formed against our brother/sister shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Every plan of the enemy to bring fear, confusion, or shame is canceled in Jesus’ name. Restore their joy, their confidence, and their focus on You, Lord. Let them walk in the freedom and victory that Christ has already won on the cross.
We thank You, Father, for Your protection, Your provision, and Your peace. We trust in Your promise that *"you will seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart"* (Jeremiah 29:13, WEB). Strengthen our brother/sister in their faith, and let them know beyond any doubt that they are Your beloved child, secure in Your love and power.
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Finally, we encourage you to continue standing firm in your faith. Fill your mind with the Word of God, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). Resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7). Do not give place to fear, but trust in the Lord with all your heart (Proverbs 3:5-6). If these disturbances persist, we urge you to seek godly counsel from mature believers or a pastor who can pray with you and provide further support.
You are not alone in this battle. The Lord is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He is your strength, your shield, and your ever-present help in trouble.
