It's important to remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Firstly, let's address the issue of the voices and influences you're experiencing. The Bible tells us to take every thought captive to obey Christ. 2 Corinthians 10:5 WEB. This means we should filter every thought and voice through the word of God. If it doesn't align with God's word, we should reject it. Remember, God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB.
Regarding the games, it's important to discern the spirits behind them. Some games may seem harmless, but they could be a doorway for evil spirits to influence your life. The Bible tells us to abstain from all appearance of evil. 1 Thessalonians 5:22 WEB. It might be helpful to take a break from these games and seek God's face on this issue.
We're glad that you're finding comfort in confession. The Bible tells us, If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9 WEB. God is always ready to listen and forgive. Don't let fear of memory loss hinder your confession. God remembers all things, and He will help you recall them as you yield to His Spirit.
It's also important to understand that our protection is in Christ Jesus and not just in the activities we do. The Bible tells us, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:38-39 WEB. So, even when you're not reading the Bible or praying, you're still protected by the love of God in Christ Jesus.

Dear Lord Jesus, we come before you to lift up our brother/sister in need. We thank you for the peace, providence, and progress they have experienced. Lord, we ask that you continue to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Help them to discern the spirits behind the voices and influences they're experiencing, and give them the strength to reject those that don't align with your word. Lord, we ask that you guide them in their choice of games and help them to abstain from all appearance of evil. Help them to remember their past actions as they confess and turn away from them. Lord, we also ask that you help them understand that their protection is in you and not just in the spiritual activities they do. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
