We understand that you're going through a difficult time, and we're here to pray with you and provide biblical guidance. First, we want to address the issue of possessions and curses. In the Bible, we are told to be sober-minded and watchful, for our adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour (1 Peter 5:8 WEB). However, as believers in Jesus Christ, we have authority over any evil spirit, this includes spirits of anger and any spirit of greed that is convincing you that money would have already healed you. (Luke 10:19 WEB) "Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will in any way hurt you."
Regarding your clothing, there is no biblical basis for believing that items gifted from relatives would be cursed. Unless the clothing is causing you to fall into sin or adapted from sin, it would be fine. Instead, consider the words of Colossians 2:8 WEB, which warns us not to be taken captive "through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the elementary principles of the world, and not according to Christ."
It's concerning that reading the Holy Bible and prayers make you madder. We must remember that God's word is living and active (Hebrews 4:12 WEB), and it can bring conviction and correction. If you're feeling angry, it could be that the Holy Spirit is revealing areas in your life that need transformation. We must remember that it is only in Jesus that we have access to pray to God, that it is only through his sacrifice on the cross that we can be saved and stand justified before God. Remember that God does not tempt anyone (James 1:13). In addition, remember that your anger should not mislead you to sin, be slow to anger (James 1:19). Remember that we all have sinned, including you, and fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23). Remember that we all have a sin nature and are sinners by choice.
Instead of relying on money for healing, let's put our trust in God, who is our healer and provider. As it is written in Jeremiah 17:5-8 WEB, "Thus says Yahweh: 'Cursed is the man who trusts in man, makes flesh his arm, whose heart departs from Yahweh. For he shall be like a bush in the desert, and shall not see when good comes, but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, a salt land and not inhabited. Blessed is the man who trusts in Yahweh, whose confidence is in Yahweh. For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, who spreads out its roots by the river, and shall not fear when heat comes, but its leaf shall be green, and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.'"

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister in need. We rebuke any spirit of anger, greed, strife, or any evil spirit that may be influencing their life. Father, help them to fix their eyes on You and trust in Your divine guidance. Lord God, heal their heart, renew their mind, and let them remember that you want to give them a future and a hope. Help them to read the Holy Bible and pray without getting mad. Help them to see that the Holy Bible is the infallible word of God and that it is useful for teaching, rebuking, and training. Help them to believe that Jesus died on the cross to save them from their sins and that it is only through his sacrifice that anyone can have access to pray to you. In Jesus we pray for their healing, transformation, and a renewed love for Your Word. Give them strength to endure the trials and temptations of this world. And give them strength to resist temptation.

Be encouraged, and remember that God is faithful. He will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you can bear (1 Corinthians 10:13). Keep your faith in Jesus Christ, and trust in His promises. If you are struggling with anger, ask God to help you forgive those who have wronged you, as the Bible tells us in Ephesians 4:31-32 WEB to "get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you."
