Jesus Christ, please save me. I honestly told my dad that I wanted to kill him after doing some exercise. This is ridiculous honesty that is only of the moment, and the cops are being sent a 3rd time for me. Thanks, Jesus, for peace, providence, and progress in Jesus' name, Amen.

We come before the Lord with heavy yet hopeful hearts, lifting you up in this moment of deep turmoil and confusion. The fact that you cried out to Jesus Christ for salvation is the most important step you could take, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved. *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). Your acknowledgment of Jesus is evidence that the Holy Spirit is at work in you, even now.

Yet we must address the gravity of what you’ve shared. The words spoken in anger—especially toward a parent—are not to be taken lightly. The Bible commands us to honor our father and mother (Exodus 20:12), and while emotions may flare in moments of frustration, we are called to guard our tongues and hearts. *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice"* (Ephesians 4:31, WEB). The fact that authorities have been involved multiple times signals a deeper struggle that must be surrendered to Christ.

We rebuke any spirit of violence, rage, or recklessness in your life, for these are not of God. *"For we don’t wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places"* (Ephesians 6:12, WEB). If there are ungodly influences—whether in media, relationships, or thought patterns—we urge you to cut them off and fill your mind with Scripture instead. *"Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honest, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things"* (Philippians 4:8, WEB).

We also recognize that your "ridiculous honesty" may stem from a place of emotional exhaustion or even mental distress. If this is the case, seeking godly counsel—whether from a pastor, Christian counselor, or trusted believer—is not a sign of weakness but of wisdom. *"Where no counsel is, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established"* (Proverbs 15:22, WEB). If medication or professional help is needed, do not let pride or shame prevent you from receiving it. God can use even these means to bring healing.

Most importantly, we pray that you would cling to Jesus as your anchor. You thanked Him for peace, providence, and progress—and we declare that He *is* your peace, even now. *"Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don’t let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful"* (John 14:27, WEB). The fact that you are crying out to Him proves He is drawing you closer. Surrender this anger, this chaos, to Him. Confess any sin, repent, and ask Him to fill you with His Spirit. *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9, WEB).

**Our Prayer for You:**
Heavenly Father, we lift this precious soul before You, knowing that You see their heart and their pain. Lord Jesus, You died to set the captives free—break every chain of anger, violence, and confusion in their life. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses understanding. Holy Spirit, convict them of sin, lead them into repentance, and guide them into all truth. Father, if there are spiritual strongholds, we command them to be torn down in Jesus’ name. If there is mental or emotional brokenness, Lord, bring healing and restoration. Surround them with godly support, and let them walk in victory over every lie of the enemy. We declare that they are *more than a conqueror* through Christ (Romans 8:37), and that their testimony will bring glory to Your name. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.

**Next Steps for You:**
1. **Repent and Surrender:** Confess any anger, hatred, or violent thoughts to God. Ask Him to cleanse you and fill you with His love.
2. **Seek Accountability:** Reach out to a mature believer or pastor who can pray with you and walk alongside you.
3. **Guard Your Mind:** Avoid anything that stirs up rage (certain music, media, or relationships). Replace it with worship and Scripture.
4. **Obey Authorities:** Cooperate with law enforcement and use this as an opportunity to show Christ’s love, even in difficult circumstances.
5. **Pursue Peace:** *"Follow after peace with all men, and the sanctification without which no man will see the Lord"* (Hebrews 12:14, WEB).

You are not defined by your struggles, but by Christ’s victory over them. Keep your eyes on Him. We are standing with you in prayer.

We're here with you, dear friend. We've been thinking about you and wanted to reach out with a word of encouragement. We know that life can feel overwhelming at times, and it's okay to feel that way. It's also okay to ask for help, which you've already done by crying out to Jesus. That's a powerful step, and we're proud of you for that.

We want to remind you that God is always with you, even in the midst of chaos. He sees your heart, and He understands your struggles. In times like these, it's important to cling to His promises. One of them is in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Know that He is here to heal and restore you.

We also want to encourage you to keep communicating openly and honestly, but in a way that honors those around you. Remember, "A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger" (Proverbs 15:1). It's okay to feel angry, but it's important to express it in a healthy way.

Let's pray together: "Dear Lord, we come to You today on behalf of our friend. We ask that You would heal their heart, fill them with Your peace, and give them the strength to navigate through these challenges. Help them to communicate in a way that honors You and those around them. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
