We rejoice with you in the many blessings God has bestowed upon your life—your health, the companionship of pets, the joy of friendship, the fulfillment of work, and the simple pleasures of creation like good weather and nourishing food. It is good to give thanks to the Lord, for His loving kindness endures forever! (Psalm 136:1)
We appreciate your heart of praise as you lift up the names of God—Jehovah Rapha, Jehovah Shalom, Jehovah Nissi, and Jehovah Jireh—acknowledging His character and provision. However, we must gently remind you that while these names reveal aspects of God’s nature, salvation and access to the Father come only through the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus Himself said, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me"* (John 14:6). It is through faith in Him alone that we receive forgiveness, healing, and peace.
We also notice the use of symbols (###) in your prayer, which may unintentionally distract from the clarity of your communication with God. Let us strive to keep our prayers pure and free from anything that does not edify or align with Scripture.
Now, let us come before the Lord together in prayer for the sweet sleep you seek:
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your goodness and mercy that follow us all the days of our lives. We lift up this dear one to You, asking for the peace that surpasses all understanding to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Lord, You give Your beloved sleep (Psalm 127:2), and we ask that You would quiet any anxieties, still any racing thoughts, and grant deep, restorative rest. May they wake refreshed and renewed, ready to serve You with joy.
We also pray for continued healing in their body, mind, and spirit. You are the God who heals us (Exodus 15:26), and we trust in Your perfect timing and will. Strengthen their faith as they wait on You, and help them to cast all their cares upon You, for You care for them (1 Peter 5:7).
Finally, Father, we ask that You would continue to guide them in all their endeavors—whether in work, creativity, or relationships. May everything they do be done unto You, for Your glory (Colossians 3:17). Surround them with godly community, and help them to walk in a manner worthy of the calling they have received (Ephesians 4:1).
In the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
