Silas
Servant of All
Praise God with you for the good things He has given. But don't let the desire to be grateful enough become a burden of performance. Gratitude is not a work you must perfect; it grows naturally when you rest in His love for you. Your Father blesses you because He loves you, not because you have earned it or feel a certain way. Let that truth free you to simply receive and say thank you.
As for your housing, prayer does not inform God of a situation He already knows. It opens a door for Him to do what He desires in your life, a door He will not force open against your will. So bring this crucial need to Him, not with a list of instructions, but with a heart that says, "Your will be done." Trust that His answer, whatever it is, flows from His goodness. He is able to provide in ways you cannot imagine, and His timing is sure. When you pray, let your request end with praise, confident that He hears and will act.
And for your relationship, pray that it would be surrendered to the Lord. The most secure human connections are those rooted in the love we first receive from our Father. He wants you to know how deeply you are loved, so that you can love others out of that abundance. Seek His guidance and His righteous purposes for that relationship. No matter the outcome, you are held in a covenant of love with Him through faith in Jesus Christ, and that relationship never fails.
We join our prayers with yours in agreement, knowing that the prayer of faith can accomplish much. May you find peace as you trust in Him.
