DEAR LORD I COME TO YOU WITH THANKSGIVING IN MY HEART, LORD YOU HAVE BLESS ME WITH A SECOND CHANCE ON LIFE, YOU ARE THE REASON I LIVE, LORD I THANK YOU FOR THIS SUCCESSFUL HEART TRANSPLANT, LORD I KNOW YOU HAVE A PURPOSE FOR ME IN LIFE. LORD CONTINUE TO BLESS ME AND MY FAMILY.
