We rejoice with you and give thanks to our Lord Jesus together for His best plan and for His abundant goodness in your life. Your heart of thanksgiving is beautiful to the Lord and we join you in praising Him, for every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights James 1:17. We thank Him with you for answering your prayers after waiting for a year and opening the door for your admission to a good college, and for blessing your sister with her admission as well. God is faithful and His plans for you are good, for we know His promise that For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future Jeremiah 29:11.

We also hear your heart for your family and your desire that God would provide for all your needs over these coming three years, especially financially, so that there would be no tension but only hope and trust in Him. We lift this before the Lord with you, and we encourage you to continue to trust Him fully, for our God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19. Do not be anxious, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God Philippians 4:6, and He will give you peace as you lean on Him. Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6. Please do not carry guilt for writing your letters of thanks late, for the Lord looks at your grateful heart and delights in your thanksgiving. We are called to give thanks in everything, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you 1 Thessalonians 5:18, and He receives your praise with joy even now.

We also bring your dear friend before the throne and ask for the Lord's perfect will for her admission to the same college and for blessing upon her family as well. We trust that God knows what is best for her and will open the right doors in His timing.

We pray together with you now. Father in heaven, we thank You in the name of Jesus for Your mercy and faithful love that You have shown to our sister and her family. Thank You for the open doors for both sisters and for guiding them according to Your perfect plan. We praise You for every blessing You have poured out. Lord, we ask You to provide for this family in the coming years, to meet every financial and practical need and to remove anxiety and fill their home with hope and trust in You. Help them to seek first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness, knowing all these things will be added to them Matthew 6:33. Give our sister and her sister wisdom and diligence in their studies, that they would do all to Your glory and grow in faith during their college years. And Father, we lift up her friend to You, asking that You would lead her steps and grant her admission if it is according to Your will, and bless her family richly. Cast all cares upon You for You care for them 1 Peter 5:7. We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus our Savior, amen.

We rejoiced reading your note. Waiting a whole year for college admission is long, and to see both your and your sister's doors open together is such a kindness. We hear your relief and joy, and we thank God with you for how He has guided you both.

It makes sense that your heart now turns to the next three years and to provision for your family. Wanting no constant tension but steady hope and trust is a good prayer. As you step into this new season, one simple way to keep this thankfulness alive is to keep a short record of these answers, what you waited for, how it came, what you are still asking for. On harder days it helps to remember what God has already done.

We also hear your love for your friend ### and your desire for her to join you at the same college. We will join you in asking the Lord for His best for her too, and for her family, trusting He knows what is good for each of you.

Father, thank You for Your care for this family, for these admissions and for the hope You have given. Provide for their needs in the coming years, give wisdom for studies and finances, and guide their friend according to Your perfect plan. Keep their hearts close to You. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your words of thanksgiving have greatly encouraged us, and we join you in blessing the Lord who has done so well for you. To wait a year and then to see the door open for your admission, and for your sister also, is a clear token of the loving kindness of our God, who is not an absent God leaving the world to go on by itself, but a living God with a great warm loving heart who comes into the midst of our lives and works for the good of His people.

We praise Him with you for these mercies, and we take your burden for the three years that lie before you and lay it also at His feet. You ask that your family may be supplied with what is needed, and especially in money matters, that there may be no distressing tension but a quiet hope and trust in Him. This is true wisdom. In temporal things we are to trust in God and be happy, not being idle, for that would show we trust not God who works up to now, but being diligent and acting in all prudence and uprightness while we rely simply and entirely upon Him. He is a God of economy and order, and those who are first made His children through faith in Jesus Christ may then trust their affairs in their Father's hands. What time you are afraid for provision, trust in Him, and you shall find Him faithful. He who commanded the light to shine out of darkness can shine into your home to give you all that is needful, and this truth ought to keep you from grieving overmuch about losses and crosses in business or in college life.

Do not trust your feelings, nor trust in yourselves, for that is a broken reed. Trust only Him. As one said, to trust Him with one soul is nothing, we could trust Him with a million souls if we had them, for He is able to save all who trust Him. So trust Him with your studies, your daily bread, and your future. He will not have you mourn because you used sinful means to grow rich, but will provide in His own holy way as you walk uprightly before Him.

We have heard your request for your friend, and we will bring her before the throne of grace, that the Lord would in His wise providence grant her admission to the same college if it be for His glory and her good, and that He would bless her family also. We ask not according to our will but according to His best plan, which you have already so sweetly acknowledged is always best.

May your household be kept in family piety, maintaining prayer together and private prayer diligently, for this is the nutriment of true religion in the home. May the Holy Spirit lead you not to trust in yourselves but to the feet of Jesus, and there may you find that promise to be your trust through every scene of life, and your song when these college years are past.

We thank God for His mercies to you and pray that He will keep you trusting and not afraid, for the living God is worthy of all your confidence.

Father, we thank Thee for answering prayer in these admissions. Continue to supply this family according to Thy riches in Christ Jesus. Give them daily bread, keep them from idleness and from rashness, make them prudent and upright, and let them know Thy peace for these three years and all their days. Remember also this friend and her family and do for her as seemeth good in Thy sight. Keep them all trusting in the Lord Jesus Christ alone for salvation and for every need. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Giving thanks with you to the Lord Jesus Christ is right and fitting, for every good gift comes from the Father and He has shown you His kindness. To wait for a year in hope and then to see the door opened for you and for your sister is cause for real joy, and it is good that you turn that joy into praise rather than keeping it to yourself.

Do not be anxious that your words of thanks were late. God does not measure prayer by quickness but by a sincere heart, and He has heard you. Keep that same thankful spirit as you enter these next three years. College is a stewardship. Use the time diligently in study, in character, and in walking closely with Christ, so that what He has provided will bear fruit for His glory and for the good of others.

We join you in praying for your family, that God in His wisdom will provide what you truly need. We ask Him not only for money to meet expenses without constant tension, but for contentment, wisdom in stewardship, and a steady trust that He who has begun a good work will sustain you through it. Remember His promise that He will supply your needs according to His riches in Christ, and that He calls us to seek first His kingdom.

We also bring your friend before the Lord. We pray that God will guide her steps regarding admission to the same college, and that He will bless her family as well. Above all we ask that His best plan, which is always wiser and kinder than our own, will be done in her life, and that whatever the outcome she will know His guidance and peace.

May the Lord keep you and your sister humble in blessing, hopeful in need, and faithful in all things. We thank God for what He has done and we trust Him for what is still to come, in Jesus name, amen.
