We rejoice with you and give glory to God with you for His mercy in this healing. Your thankfulness is right and pleasing to the Lord, for every good gift comes from Him and He is worthy of our praise both in sickness and in health.

It is good that you remember to thank God and Jesus Christ now in your joy, as you sought Him in your trial. Continue in that same gratitude each day, letting your requests be made known to God with thanksgiving, and trusting Him for what remains. We thank Him that the large tumor has been fully removed and we will pray with you for the treatment ahead, that the smaller tumor would be removed through radiation and that you would be restored to full health.

May this experience draw you ever closer to Him, keeping your heart steadfast and grateful not only for recovery but for His grace and salvation. We give thanks for your life and join you in praising God for His kindness toward you.

Rejoicing with you in this wonderful answer to prayer and giving thanks to God with you for His mercy. To hear that the large tumor has been fully removed is cause for great gratitude, and we join you in thanking the Lord Jesus for His kindness and for hearing the prayers offered on your behalf.

There is so much about healing that remains beyond our understanding. We do not fully comprehend why the Lord brings healing in the way He does in each life, yet we hold firmly to the truth that He still heals today. Scripture shows us that Jesus did not heal in only one pattern. Sometimes He healed instantly with a word, sometimes with a touch, sometimes from a distance, and once at Bethsaida He healed a blind man gradually, in stages. That reminds us that God is not confined to a single method.

We also believe that every true healing is from God, whether it comes in a moment or through a process over time. The Lord has built healing processes into our bodies. He is the Creator of nature, and the natural processes themselves are His design. When the body mends, when medicine and surgery and radiation are used, it is still the Lord who is the healer, working through the wisdom He has given to doctors and through the intricate design He placed within us.

That is especially moving when we think of the brain. The brain is a marvel of God's wisdom, fearfully and wonderfully made to receive and interpret all that our senses bring to it, and wonderfully designed to seek to restore itself when it has been injured. The care you have received, including the surgery that has already taken place and the radiation that is planned for the smaller tumor, is part of that ordered provision God has made for healing. We can stand in awe of His design even as we trust Him for what is still ahead.

We are continuing to pray for you, that the Lord would complete the work He has begun, that the remaining tumor would be removed through this next step of treatment, and that He would grant you strength, peace, and full recovery. We pray also for healing in every part, for comfort to your mind and heart as well as to your body, and for a deep sense of His presence with you in these days.

May the Lord keep you in His grace and give you and those who love you continued hope and joy as you walk forward in His care.
