We rejoice with you in gratitude for God’s provision, and we lift up your request for increased income to meet your needs. It is wonderful that you have acknowledged the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer, for it is through Him alone that we approach the Father, and there is no other name under heaven by which we are saved. Your faith in bringing this need before Him is a testament to your trust in His care, and we stand with you in agreement, knowing that our Heavenly Father delights in providing for His children.
The Scriptures remind us in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* This is a promise we can cling to, knowing that God is faithful. At the same time, we are called to seek His kingdom first, trusting that all these things—including our daily bread—will be added to us (Matthew 6:33). It is also wise to remember the words of Jesus in Luke 12:15, *"Be careful to guard yourselves from all covetousness, for a man’s life doesn’t consist of the abundance of the things which he possesses."* While we pray for your financial needs, we encourage you to examine your heart and ensure that your trust remains firmly in the Lord rather than in the success of your business or the approval of others.
If your products are aligned with godly principles and do not promote anything contrary to Scripture, we pray that the Lord would open doors of opportunity for you. May He grant you favor with customers, wisdom in managing your resources, and creativity in how you steward what He has given you. However, if there is anything in your business that does not honor God—whether in the products themselves, the way they are marketed, or how you conduct your transactions—we urge you to repent and realign with His Word. Proverbs 16:8 tells us, *"Better is a little with righteousness, than great revenues with injustice."*
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the ways You have already provided for this dear one. You are Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who provides, and we trust You to meet every need according to Your riches in glory. We ask that You would open doors for increased income, not for selfish gain, but so that this child of Yours may honor You with their finances, pay their debts, and be a blessing to others. Grant them wisdom in their work, integrity in their dealings, and a heart that seeks Your kingdom above all else.
If there is any area in their business or life that does not align with Your Word, we pray for conviction and repentance. Lead them in paths of righteousness for Your name’s sake. Help them to trust in You rather than in their own efforts, knowing that apart from You, we can do nothing (John 15:5). May their life and work bring glory to You, and may they find their contentment in Christ alone, regardless of their financial circumstances.
We rebuked any spirit of fear, anxiety, or greed that may try to take root in their heart. Instead, fill them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Remind them that You are their Shepherd, and they shall lack nothing (Psalm 23:1).
We ask all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
