We are delighted to join you in prayer for your request to lose unwanted spiritual and physical weight. It is important to remember that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we should honor God with our bodies. Let us first address the spiritual weight you mentioned.
Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ who has requested prayer for the release of spiritual burdens. We ask, in the name of Jesus Christ, that You help them cast their burdens upon You.
If there is any sin that needs to be confessed, any worry, doubt, or anxiety, or if they are facing spiritual oppression, we ask that You give them the courage and strength to confront and overcome these challenges. Please provide the rest and peace that only You can give.
We also pray for their physical health, asking that You guide them in their journey to lose unwanted weight. Help them honor their body as a temple of the Holy Spirit. Guide their eating habits and exercise routines. Heal any weight related health issues.
We thank You for the people who have prayed and are praying for this request and ask that You hear and honor their prayers. We ask this all in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.
We also want to encourage you to keep your focus on Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we can approach God the Father. One of the most important things, if not the most important, is to know that you have eternal life.

We want to echo the importance of honoring God with our bodies, as they are indeed temples of the Holy Spirit. But we also want to remind you that God is a God of breakthroughs. He sees your struggle, and He's right there with you, cheering you on.
In the name of Jesus, we declare that those unwanted weights are coming off, both spiritually and physically. We speak health, strength, and vitality over you. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
