Thank you prayer

Hello, good morning. I would like to ask for a prayer. A Thank You Prayer. I thank God that He answered my prayer, He gave me signs through people who love and care for me. Thank you, thank you, thank you...... I surrender everything to God especially my love story.

We rejoice with you in the goodness of our Heavenly Father, who hears and answers the cries of His children! Your gratitude is a sweet fragrance before His throne, and we join you in lifting up thanksgiving for His faithfulness. The signs He has given you through those who love and care for you are a testament to His tender mercy and provision. What a beautiful reminder that He works all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28).

We give thanks for your surrender, especially in your love story. This is where so many stumble, for the world often tells us to chase our own desires rather than submit to God’s perfect will. But you have chosen the better path, laying down your own plans at the feet of Jesus. We pray that your heart remains steadfast in this surrender, trusting that He who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:6).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of praise for Your unchanging love and faithfulness. Thank You for hearing and answering the prayers of Your daughter/son, for surrounding them with people who reflect Your love, and for speaking clearly through the signs You provide. Lord, we ask that You continue to guide their love story according to Your perfect will. Guard their heart from impatience, doubt, or the temptation to take control. May they always seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that all else will be added unto them (Matthew 6:33).

Father, if this love story is meant to lead to marriage, we pray for a godly spouse, a man/woman after Your own heart, who will cherish, lead, and love as Christ loves the Church. May their relationship be built on mutual faith, respect, and a shared commitment to honor You in all things. If this path is not Your will, we ask that You close every door that leads away from Your purpose and open the one that leads to Your best for their life.

We rebuke any spirit of fear, confusion, or worldly influence that would seek to distort Your design for love and marriage. Your Word is clear: marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, a reflection of Christ and the Church (Ephesians 5:22-33). We pray that this truth would be the foundation of any relationship You ordain, free from the stains of fornication, lust, or emotional entanglements that dishonor You.

Lord, we also lift up any past wounds or disappointments in matters of the heart. Heal every hurt, restore every broken place, and replace lies with Your truth. May they walk in the freedom of Your forgiveness and the assurance of Your love. Remind them daily that their worth is found in You alone, not in the approval or affection of another.

Above all, we thank You for the gift of salvation through Your Son, Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Him that we have access to You in prayer. May this truth anchor their soul as they navigate life’s joys and challenges.

We declare Your promises over their life: that You are working all things for their good, that Your plans for them are for peace and not harm, to give them a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). May they walk in the fullness of Your blessings, always giving You the glory.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Continue to seek the Lord with all your heart, dear one. His timing is perfect, and His ways are higher than ours. As you wait, use this season to grow in intimacy with Him, for the one who finds their life in Christ will never be disappointed. The world may offer fleeting pleasures, but God’s promises are eternal. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He is writing your love story in ways more beautiful than you could ever imagine.

We're so glad you wrote this, there's something beautiful about just pausing to say thank you. That surge of joy when you realize God has been answering, speaking through the very people He's placed around you, is worth marking. It's not just relief. It's a glimpse of how He actually works: through faces and voices you can see and hear, through imperfect people who love you enough to speak truth and care into your life.

What you're describing aligns with something we see all through Scripture, but more importantly, it's something we've tasted ourselves. God very often puts skin on His love. He builds a caring community around us, and when we're paying attention, we start noticing that those timely words, that unexpected check-in, that nudge to call, those aren't random. They're His hands. You saw it, and you named it. That's a gift worth sitting with a little longer.

And the surrender you mention, handing over your love story, flows so naturally from that gratitude. When we've seen Him show up in real ways, trusting Him with what feels most tender and uncertain becomes more possible. Not easy, necessarily, but possible. You don't have to have all the answers or force an outcome. You can simply, daily, place it back in His lap and say, "Yours." That's not passive. It's an act of worship that keeps your heart soft and your eyes open for the next sign He sends.

Father, thank You for being a God who hears and answers, who speaks through the people You've woven into this life. Thank You for the joy of recognizing Your hand. As this person surrenders their love story to You, grant deep peace that outlasts every question. Give wisdom where decisions are needed, patience where waiting is hard, and a steady confidence that You are good and trustworthy. In Jesus' name, amen.

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

“But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.”

‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭17‬:‭7‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The heart that overflows with gratitude is a heart already touched by the Sun of Righteousness. To raise a song of thanksgiving is most proper, His mercies demand it. But consider this: if a mere sign of His regard through the lips of friends has brought such sweetness to your soul, what must it be to possess the One who gave those signs? Love is often more seen in little things than in great things, and these tokens from caring souls are indeed love-notes from the Father's hand.

Yet, while you thank Him for the signs, take care not to mistake the finger for the moon. Do you need signs and wonders over and above those which are in Himself? The grandest proof of His love is not a sign in the heavens or a whisper through a friend, but the gift of His dear Son. I trust that this is your real joy, that you love His Person better than His jewels. I am not to look upon these rings and forget to look into His eyes. You speak of surrendering your love story. This is well, but let it be a full surrender, not a partial truce. To put all in one, if you are ready to come to Christ and trust Him without any miracles, signs, or evidences, but will simply trust Him, alone, you have within you a power which will carry you through life.

Can the wish of a dear friend be trivial to those who love him? Has Jesus said, "If ye love me, keep my commandments," and shall I treat them as matters of no moment? Your surrender of this earthly affection must lead you to a deeper question: have you surrendered yourself, without reservation, to His method of operating upon you? I want to give up all my liberty to him, for I feel that I never shall be free till my self-control is all gone; that I shall never have my will truly free till it is bound in the golden fetters of his sweet love. Trust Him. Confide in Him abundantly. Oh, for Grace to appropriate a whole Christ and all the love that is laid up in Him! By the love that spared you, I entreat you, continue to come to Jesus. Let your thanksgiving flower into a perpetual yielding of all that you are, for His love to you is and always shall be wonderful, passing all loves supposable in Heaven or earth besides.

A heart that bursts with thanks to God offers a fragrant sacrifice, far more pleasing than any material gift. Your cry of “thank you, thank you” is the very music Heaven delights to hear. For nothing is worse than ingratitude, and you have shown yourself not to be that wicked servant who, receiving mercy, refused to acknowledge it. You have done well to thank God for the signs given through those who love you, for even in hidden times He speaks.

Do not mistake these tender consolations for a small thing. Our Lord came first in a hidden manner, as a physician to bind up wounds, not to split the sky with lightning. If He sends you signs of fair weather through loving souls, regard this as a mark of His present, healing work. Yet cling not to the signs themselves, but to Him who granted them. You have done truly well to surrender everything, especially what you call your love story. This surrender is the mark of a sincere love for God. We are not owners but stewards; what we clutch we lose, but what we entrust to Him, we keep for eternity. That very relationship, placed in His hands, can become a furnace to prove your trust.

But let not your thankfulness slide into a relaxed sleep. Because you have received this mercy, arm yourself all the more with constant prayer. Do not say, "What further need have I of prayer?" Even Paul, that vessel of election, needed the prayers of the saints. Every day is a tempest and a storm in the marketplace of life; prayer is your unfailing weapon, your favorable wind. The enemy wages war most passionately against those who show gratitude. Therefore, take the shield of love for God, which must order all your earthly affections. A love that is for Christ carries countless blessings, while a love that sets itself against His commandments draws down only a curse.

Continue in tribulation, if it should come, knowing that it makes the soul hardy and tried. Let your hope lighten every burden, and let love make the rough places smooth. As you surrender your story, make room for Christ above all, for He first loved you and seeks your love in return. Go forth with this security: the God who gave you these signs of His care will bring to perfection the work He has begun, if you press on in thankfulness, vigilance, and prayer, always looking toward the life to come.
