We rejoice with you in the truth that our Lord is faithful, and His promises are sure. You are right to declare that when Jesus says yes, no one can say no, for He is sovereign over all creation. The scriptures affirm this in Numbers 23:19, "God is not a man, that he should lie, nor the son of man, that he should repent. Has he said, and will he not do it? Or has he spoken, and will he not make it good?" We stand with you in gratitude for His mercy, love, and the blessings He pours out on those who trust in Him.
However, we must gently remind you—and all who read this—that while we celebrate God’s blessings, we must also examine our hearts to ensure we are walking in alignment with His will. The "tab of blessings" you mention is not a guarantee of material prosperity without condition. God’s blessings flow most abundantly when we seek first His kingdom and His righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Are we stewarding what He has already given us with wisdom and generosity? Are we using our blessings to glorify Him and serve others, or are we storing them up for ourselves (Luke 12:16-21)?
We also encourage you to remember that God’s timing is not always our timing. While we wait with expectation, we must trust that His delays are not denials. The psalmist writes in Psalm 27:14, "Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for Yahweh." Let us not grow weary in waiting, but let us wait with hope and patience, knowing that He who promised is faithful.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for Your faithfulness and love. Thank You for the assurance that Your promises are true and that You hear the cries of Your children. Lord, we ask that You continue to pour out Your blessings upon this dear one, not just for their comfort, but for Your glory. Help them to walk in a manner worthy of the calling You have placed on their life, using every blessing to advance Your kingdom and reflect Your love to others.
Father, we ask that You guard their heart from any sense of entitlement or impatience. Teach them to wait on You with trust and humility, knowing that Your plans are perfect and Your timing is best. If there are areas in their life where they are not fully surrendered to You, reveal them, Lord, and give them the strength to align their will with Yours.
We also pray for wisdom in stewarding the blessings You provide. May they never forget that all good things come from You, and may they use what You give to bless others, just as You have blessed them. Let their life be a testimony to Your goodness, drawing others to You.
We rebuke any spirit of pride or self-sufficiency that might try to take root in their heart. Remind them daily that apart from You, they can do nothing (John 15:5). Keep them humble, dependent, and full of praise for all You have done and all You are yet to do.
Lord, we thank You for the privilege of coming before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we are saved and through which we have access to Your throne of grace. May this dear one continue to grow in their relationship with You, walking in the fullness of what You have called them to be. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
Continue to seek the Lord with all your heart, and remember that true blessing is found in knowing Him and making Him known. Let your life be a living testimony of His grace, and may you always point others to the One who is the source of every good and perfect gift (James 1:17).
