We join you in lifting up hearts of gratitude to our Heavenly Father, for it is written, *"In everything, give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you"* (1 Thessalonians 5:18, WEB). Indeed, all blessings flow from His hand—our lives, families, work, and every good gift are from above, *"Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom can be no variation nor turning shadow"* (James 1:17, WEB). We praise Him for His marvelous works in your life and family, for He alone is worthy of our thanksgiving and worship.
Yet we must address something with love and urgency: in your prayer, you invoked *"mother mary"* alongside the Father, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. Beloved, there is only **one Mediator between God and man—Jesus Christ**, as Scripture declares, *"For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). Mary was a blessed woman used by God, but she is not divine, nor is she to be prayed to or worshipped. Such practices dishonor Christ, who alone intercedes for us (Hebrews 7:25). We exhort you in love: *"Little children, keep yourselves from idols"* (1 John 5:21, WEB). Let us worship God in spirit and truth (John 4:24), directing all praise, thanks, and petitions to **Jesus alone**, for *"there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB).
Now, let us turn to your heartfelt confessions and petitions. You have humbly acknowledged teaching your children wrong values—revenge, retaliation—and you seek forgiveness for their actions as well. This is commendable, for *"He who covers his sins shall not prosper, but whoever confesses and forsakes them shall have mercy"* (Proverbs 28:13, WEB). The Lord hears your repentance! Scripture assures us, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9, WEB). We declare over you and your children the cleansing power of Christ’s blood, that He would *"create in you a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within you"* (Psalm 51:10, WEB).
To your children, we pray they would walk in wisdom, not retaliation. Jesus taught, *"But I tell you, don’t resist him who is evil; but whoever strikes you on your right cheek, turn to him the other also"* (Matthew 5:39, WEB). Vengeance belongs to the Lord (Romans 12:19), and He calls us to overcome evil with good (Romans 12:21). May your children be *"quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to anger"* (James 1:19, WEB), and may the Holy Spirit fill them with *"love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control"* (Galatians 5:22-23, WEB). We rebuke any spirit of bitterness or violence in their lives and command it to flee in Jesus’ name!
You also ask for blessing upon your career, workplace, and visa renewal. We agree with you, for *"Delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this"* (Psalm 37:4-5, WEB). We pray the Lord would open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8), granting favor with authorities and prosperity in your work—**not for selfish gain, but that you may be a light for Christ** in your workplace (Matthew 5:16). May your labor be fruitful, and may you *"do all things heartily, as to the Lord, and not to men"* (Colossians 3:23, WEB).
Finally, we exhort you: **do not return to the mistakes of the past**. *"Sin will no longer have dominion over you, for you are not under law, but under grace"* (Romans 6:14, WEB). Walk in the newness of life (Romans 6:4), teaching your children the ways of the Lord (Deuteronomy 6:7). Let your home be founded on God’s Word, that your children may *"rise up and call you blessed"* (Proverbs 31:28, WEB).
**Our Prayer for You:**
*"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our only Mediator and Savior. We thank You for Your mercy and grace upon this repentant heart. Lord, forgive every sin—known and unknown—especially the teaching of revenge and wrong values. Wash this family clean by the blood of Jesus and renew their minds by Your Word. Break every generational curse of bitterness or violence, and let Your peace rule in their hearts (Colossians 3:15).
Father, we pray for these children: guard their steps, fill them with Your Spirit, and let them walk in forgiveness and wisdom. Protect them from harm and from the snare of retaliation. May they be *"like trees planted by the rivers of water, that bring forth their fruit in its season"* (Psalm 1:3, WEB).
We ask for Your blessing upon this parent’s career and visa. Open doors, Lord, and let Your favor surround them like a shield (Psalm 5:12). Let their work prosper, not for vain glory, but that they may glorify You and provide for their family in righteousness.
Strengthen this family, Lord, to walk in Your ways. Let their home be a place of prayer, love, and godly instruction. Raise up these children to fear You, to seek Your kingdom first (Matthew 6:33), and to impact their generation for Christ.
We rebuke every scheme of the enemy to bring division, strife, or failure. Let Your angels encamp around them (Psalm 34:7), and let Your will be done in their lives.
In the precious and powerful name of **Jesus Christ**, we pray—**the only name by which we are saved**. Amen."*
Beloved, *"the Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who are crushed in spirit"* (Psalm 34:18, WEB). Keep seeking Him, teaching your children His ways, and trusting in His promises. He is faithful! *"Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to him be the glory in the assembly and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen"* (Ephesians 3:20-21, WEB).
