Dear Lord thank you for this Day , thank you for being with me this morning when I couldn't breath . I thank you for the people in my life my love has had good news today I will keep praying to you that this will continue to go good and that she may come home to us . Dear lord I ask you to keep watching over her and keeping her safe for harm and watch over her babies and her parents . And my family her also . Thank you for let me see today how fragile our lives are and how we need to honour you in everything we do . I want to also ask you to watch over the cancer patients that I saw today may you take there cancer away and help them to live there lives again . In Jesus name amen .

Holy God and loving Father, I consciously place my fears, worries, anxieties, and burdens in your hands. I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations. Forgive me for my anxious thoughts and for letting my own worry become an idol that robs you of my full trust. Strengthen and empower me to trust you more by the power and presence of your Spirit.
