Lord, thank you for my physical health which I know many of us tend to take for granted sometimes. I see others who are sick or in pain, and it is another reminder of how grateful I am for my physical abilities. I pray that you will bless my husband's and my health. Keep us active, and let us enjoy physical activities together... Not just sit sedentary in the still indoors. Let us make healthier food choices, and help me to be a better cook for him. I pray you will make him more conscious of his health & that he would be more proactive about it. Lord, thank you for our daughter whom I love so very much. I pray that she will start sleeping through the night very soon, Lord. In Jesus' name, amen.
