Thank you Lord for my little sister

Lord God, I have been through so much within the past year and a half. So much pain, loss, struggle and worry, I felt broken in spirit and soul. I became angry with God because of my trials. I turned away from him and prayer. My faith in God was nearly estinguished. But deep down inside, I knew God existed. I thank you for my 11 year old sister. (She is my little angel. God saved her life at the age of 3 years old, her lung collapsed due to asthma with which she suffered severly. My parents keep treating her for the asthma, not knowing how severe the situation was (she often had asmathic episodes). At that time, she was suppose to be the angel in a Christmas play. As I cradled her in my arms, and rocked her back and forth, she began to sing "Little Jesus, Sweetly sleep". I began to cry uncontrolably. I thought the Lord was going to take her. She looked so sick an frail, but God saved her life. Doctors said if waited a half hr longer, she would have been gone). God bless her soul (I am crying as I write). She told me that "no matter what you go through, God is always there. You may say God doesn't care about you or listen to you but you know that is not what is in your heart. The Lord is touching your heart, please believe in him. God loves you..." Ever since that day, I felt a new sense of being. I love her sooooooooooooooo much, and thank her for helping to guide me back to the Lord. I pray that God blesses my little sister abundantly for she is doing his work through her words. She lives sooo far away but because of her love she is so near to me.

Lord I will continue to pray and have faith that you can do all things and grant my prayer requests in Jesus' name. I await your blessings... Amen.
