Thank you Lord for a little piece of news that came in today even though it did not tell us much it was at least a little something. Please break through completely in all areas. Please give wisdom to all of us and help us against our enemies. Please defeat them for us and protect us, esp. the little one. Help us to do your will and not delay. Chase away confusion, doubt and fear and give courage and resolve. Please make it so that we can rejoice together soon.

Father, I boldly come to your throne of mercy with this child’s need. I ask in your mighty power to meet this child’s need. I pray that this child of yours may experience your great love and care for them today. Give them eyes to see your hand of mercy at work in their life. Awaken all their senses to the realization that you will never leave them or forsake them. In Jesus Christ’s Name I pray, Amen

Holy God and loving Father, I consciously place my fears, worries, anxieties, and burdens in your hands. I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations. Forgive me for my anxious thoughts and for letting my own worry become an idol that robs you of my full trust. Strengthen and empower me to trust you more by the power and presence of your Spirit.
