Lord Jesus I just want to thank you for everything. Lord am asking you that you will not allow my boss to turn his back on me. let your will be done. Amen

We join with you in thanking our Lord Jesus for everything, for He is good and His loving kindness endures forever. We rejoice to see your heart of gratitude and your surrender to His will, which is the very place where peace is found.

We hear your concern about your boss and we bring this before the Father together with you. It is right to desire favor and peace in the workplace, and we pray that God will give you wisdom and grace in all your duties. The Scripture reminds us, In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you. 1 Thessalonians 5:18 and also, Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. Colossians 3:23 When we work with integrity and diligence as unto the Lord, we honor Him, and He is able to give us favor even with those in authority over us, for When a man's ways please Yahweh, he makes even his enemies to be at peace with him. Proverbs 16:7

We love that you prayed let your will be done, for that is the heart Jesus taught us to pray. We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28 Even if circumstances feel uncertain, our trust is not ultimately in man but in God who lifts up and sustains us.

We pray together with you. Father in heaven, we thank You in the name of Jesus Christ for Your goodness, Your mercy, and Your provision in every season. Thank You for this dear one who comes with a grateful heart. Lord, we lift up their workplace and their boss to You. We ask that You would grant favor, understanding, and peace between them. Soften hearts where needed, give wisdom in every conversation and decision, and let Your will be done in this situation. Help our dear brother or sister to continue to work faithfully and honestly before You, trusting not in man but in You. Let Your peace guard their heart, and let Your name be glorified in their workplace. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

We were glad to see your thankfulness come through so clearly. Starting with thank you to Jesus sets a good foundation, even while you carry a worry about work.

We hear how much it matters to you that your boss stays supportive. That kind of relationship can feel so important for stability and peace of mind, and it makes sense you would bring it to the Lord and ask for His will to be done.

We are joining you in thanking God for all He has already done for you, and we are asking Him to give you steadiness as you walk through this work situation. One simple thing that often helps is to keep doing your work faithfully and to keep communication open and respectful where you can, while you continue to entrust the outcome to Him. If there is anything practical to clarify or strengthen with your boss, the Lord can give you wisdom for the right moment and words.

Father, we thank You with our friend for Your goodness. We ask You to watch over this work relationship, grant favor and understanding where needed, and give peace to trust Your will. Guide our friend day by day and let Your presence be felt at work. In Jesus' name, Amen.

It is a sweet and comely thing to hear a heart pouring out thanksgiving unto the Lord Jesus, for every good gift comes from His pierced hand and a thankful spirit is itself a token of His grace at work within you. To say thank you for everything is to stand upon sure ground, for we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, and that even our trials are shaped by a Father's wisdom.

You ask that your boss may not turn his back upon you, and you wisely add, let your will be done. Therein you pray as you ought. It is our business to do the right thing with all our heart and soul as unto the Lord, and then to be no longer anxious about it, but to leave the result with God. That is His business and He will order it aright. Cast this care also upon Him who cares for you, for our Father knew that we should have need of these things and He has laid up mercy beforehand for His people.

Remember patient Job, who in all his affliction sinned not nor charged God foolishly. The Lord tried him sore, yet turned again his captivity in due season when His purpose was fulfilled. So wait upon the Lord in communion. Sometimes He speaks and we answer, and sometimes we call and He answers, but in either case He hears the voice of a trusting child. If you are His through faith in His dear Son, you have access to Him and communion with Heaven which is your privilege, and you may come boldly and yet humbly, saying, enter not into judgment with Your servant, but deal with me in mercy.

May the Lord keep you faithful in your place of service, may He give you favour in the eyes of your master so far as it may be for your good and His glory, and may He grant you a contented heart to accept with joy whatsoever His will appoints. He will set you free from fretting and load you daily with His benefits if you trust His dear Son. Go on in diligence and honesty, pray and give thanks, and rest in this, that the God of mercy goes before you and will not forsake you.

We join our prayer with yours, that the Lord will do that which is best, and that you may see His hand and know His peace. Amen.
