As you very likely recall, I put in a prayer request about a month ago that my hummus would freeze well. I had to make it about a month ahead of my ###'s wedding on May 31 because I had hand surgery scheduled for May 1. Anyway, my ### wanted it ahead of time so today I thawed it and threw it back in the food processor. It did change texture, got too thick, and also it actually blanded down a bit. But guess what? I just added a little more olive oil, another can of sundried tomatoes, an entire tray of ice cubes and refreshed my base spinach/artichoke seasonings. Pureed for around seven minutes straight. It's absolutely delicious, and the texture is perfect. Dropped it off to my ###, the groom's mom. She loved it!

Wow, that's such a delightful turn of events! I'm so glad to hear that your hummus turned out perfectly and was a hit with the groom's mom. It's amazing how even the smallest details can bring joy and satisfaction. I'm sure the groom's mom appreciated the effort and love put into it.
