Thank you for your prayers. We did get pre-approved for financing to allow us to move out of our declining neighborhood. The house we viewed this week literally is now pending because we didn't see it within a 30 mn time frame. It meets our needs. We have asked our Realtor to check and see if this house may yet come available since pending party may not pass requirements. If it is God's will we ask for your continued prayers so we can move forward with our lives. God bless you in Jesus name.

We placed an offer tonight on house. It is perfect for our needs. Transition is ### plus days if owners take our offer. Then wait for inspection and paperwork.
