My Lord, Jesus. How kind you are. You lifted my stress today and, I was able to spend a whole day up and about. Please Lord I pray against the emotional lies my body and my tell me. I am safe in your arms always. You are all I need. I do not need drugs or sex or anyone other than you and your love, to heal me and make me whole. Lord please shut off the desire in me to harm myself in any way. I pray for my friends ###, ### & ### and their whole family. Let me be a helpful support to them without taking on too much of their pain and anxiety, which renders me unable to be of much use to anyone, including myself. Our Lord, the only Holy Jesus Christ is the best rock in the universe. He will let us live in love and warmth if we stay with him and abide in his ways. For he is the the "Truth, the Light and the Way". Bless my broken heart Jesus and mend it with the power and healing warmth of the Holy Spirit. In the name of the Lord. Amen.
