Thank You For Another Year

Heavenly father, thank you for another year. I really appreciate all you've given me. Lord I surrender my life to you. Guide me oh lord, show me your will and purpose for my life. I thank u for all the blessings you've given me. For showing me how to stay humble lord and please father as I make plans and set goals continue to direct me so that I know all I'm doing is pleasing in your eyes. I love u lord and I trust and believe in you father. Lord father grant me the blessing of a husband. Let me be a helpmate so I can both give and receive love. Lord help me to be a better mother, daughter, sister and friend. Give me the patience and faith not to lose hope in weak moments. Lord let me correct all the illnesses in my body. I want to be the healthiest I can be. I want to workout and exercise and get fit this year lord. I am gonna try hard lord to be content where I am and not worry about things that aren't in my control. Strengthen my faith lord while you work things out in my life. Lord I want to be able to trust and love openly and feel that love in return. I long to hear the words father that I am loved. I long to have a home of my own filled with joy and laughter. It's been so long since I've had someone in my life who truly makes me feel appreciated. It's my birthday lord and I'm happy and grateful so my family and friends there's a place in my heart that's empty, lonely, and yearning to feel love. I surrender all of that to you lord. You are my salvation and my source of hope. I know you won't abandon or forsake me lord. Praise be your name, Amen.
