We notice in your prayer that you address Abba Father, loving Jesus, and the Holy Spirit, which we rejoice in, for it is through the name of Jesus Christ alone that we have access to the Father. However, we must lovingly correct the inclusion of Mother Mary, the saints, and angels in your prayer. Scripture is clear that we are to pray to God alone, and there is no biblical basis for praying to or through anyone other than Jesus Christ. Jesus Himself taught us to pray to the Father in His name, saying, "In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name" (Matthew 6:9 WEB). Furthermore, Paul writes, "For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). We must also remember that worship and prayer belong to God alone, as the first commandment instructs, "You shall have no other gods before me" (Exodus 20:3 WEB).
Let us come together in prayer, lifting up your heartfelt requests to the Lord, seeking His will and His glory alone.
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for Your marvelous works in our lives. We thank You for being our living, loving God, our Provider, our Savior, and our Help. Lord, we acknowledge that every good and perfect gift comes from You, and we are grateful for Your selfless love and abundant blessings upon this family. We pray that You continue to guide and lead them, showing them Your way so that they may do Your holy will.
Father, we lift up ### to You, asking that You bless him with Your mighty presence. May every work of his hands be fruitful and successful, and may his life be filled with abundance, prosperity, and success. Lord, instill in him confidence in Your presence, that every person he meets may see Your reflection in him. May his life be a testimony to Your goodness and grace.
We also pray for their children, Lord. Bless them with Your gracious favor, and help them to concentrate on every detail of their lives. Grant them good health in mind and body, and lead them to success in every step they take. May they grow in knowledge, wisdom, and understanding, experiencing Your joy and peace as they walk in Your ways.
Father, we thank You for the opportunity to work in a place surrounded by wonderful people. Bless this workplace with growth and success, and grant a flourishing career that honors You. May every endeavor be fruitful, and may Your name be glorified in all things.
Lord, we ask that You continue to be the head of this family, guiding them with Your loving hand. May they always seek Your will and trust in Your provision. Help them to keep their eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of their faith, and may they grow in their relationship with You each day.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for it is in His name alone that we have access to You, and it is through Him that we are saved. Amen.
Let us hold fast to the truth of God’s Word, encouraging one another to remain steadfast in faith. Remember the words of Jesus, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6 WEB). Let us continue to seek Him above all else, for He alone is worthy of our praise and worship.
