It is beautiful to see your commitment to providing for your family, as Scripture instructs: *"But if anyone doesn’t provide for his own, and especially his own household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever"* (1 Timothy 5:8 WEB). Your diligence and trust in God’s provision are commendable, and we celebrate this birthday blessing with you, asking the Lord to fill this new season with joy, hope, and fresh beginnings.
Father God, we lift up this brother before You, thanking You for Your goodness and mercy in his life. We ask that You go before him in his interview on Tuesday, granting him confidence, clarity, and the words to speak. Let Your Spirit guide his thoughts and responses, that he may reflect Your wisdom and favor. *"For the LORD gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding"* (Proverbs 2:6 WEB). Prepare the hearts of those interviewing him, Lord, and open doors of opportunity that align with Your perfect will for his life.
We also pray for Your divine provision of a godly wife, a woman of faith who will walk alongside him in covenant love, respect, and mutual submission as You designed. *"He who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of the LORD"* (Proverbs 18:22 WEB).
