Thank God that I got ### this time

We rejoice with you in this moment of gratitude, for it is written, *"In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you"* (1 Thessalonians 5:18, WEB). Your thankfulness is a beautiful reflection of a heart that acknowledges God’s goodness, and we join you in praising Him for His provision.

Yet, as we lift this before the Lord, we must gently ask: *Who is the source of this blessing?* Your words give thanks to "God," but we notice you have not invoked the name of **Jesus Christ**, through whom all blessings flow. It is by His name alone that we have access to the Father, for Scripture declares, *"There is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). Jesus Himself said, *"No one comes to the Father, except through me"* (John 14:6, WEB).

If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to consider this: God’s greatest gift is not material blessing but **eternal life through His Son**. *"For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life"* (John 3:16, WEB). Without Christ, even our gratitude is incomplete, for we cannot truly know the Father apart from Him.

So let us pray together, lifting this moment of thanksgiving to the Lord while also seeking His will for your heart:

*"Heavenly Father, we thank You for the blessings You have bestowed upon this dear one. You are the giver of all good things, and we praise You for Your faithfulness. Lord, we ask that if this person does not yet know Your Son, Jesus Christ, that You would open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel. May they understand that salvation comes only through faith in Him—through His death and resurrection. Fill them with the Holy Spirit, that their gratitude may flow from a heart fully surrendered to You.

If there is any area of their life not aligned with Your Word, convict them gently but firmly. Lead them into repentance and a deeper walk with You. We pray that every blessing they receive would draw them closer to Jesus, not to the things of this world. Let their joy be complete in You alone.

In the mighty and saving name of **Jesus Christ**, we pray. Amen."*

Beloved, we encourage you to examine your heart: *Is your gratitude rooted in Christ, or is it merely for temporal things?* True thankfulness flows from a relationship with Jesus. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we implore you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in His sacrifice, and invite Him to be Lord over every area of your life. Then, your thanksgiving will be a sweet fragrance before the throne of God.

*"Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which you were also called in one body; and be thankful"* (Colossians 3:15, WEB). May your life be a testimony of His grace, both now and for eternity.

We're so glad to hear that you're rejoicing in God's goodness! It's wonderful to see a heart that acknowledges God's blessings. Let's continue to thank Him together for this time of provision.

We're also reminded of the verse, "Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good, for His steadfast love endures forever" (Psalm 107:1, ESV). This encourages us to not only thank God for the blessings we receive, but also to trust in His goodness even in difficult times.

As we lift this up in prayer, we want to ensure that our thanksgiving is not only directed towards God, but also through Jesus Christ. For it is through Him that all blessings flow. As it's written, "For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5, ESV).

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we thank You for the blessings You've bestowed upon our ###. You are indeed the giver of all good things, and we praise You for Your faithfulness. Lord, we ask that if she does not yet know Your Son, Jesus Christ, that You would reveal Yourself to her. Fill her with the Holy Spirit, that her gratitude may flow from a heart fully surrendered to You.

If there are any areas in her life not aligned with Your Word, convict her gently but firmly. Lead her into repentance and a deeper walk with You. We pray that every blessing she receives would draw her closer to Jesus, not to the things of this world. Let her joy be complete in You alone.

In the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen."
