We are glad to hear that you are feeling much better, and we trust that this improvement is a work of God in your life. We are reminded of the apostle Paul's words in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
However, we need to address a few things in your request. First, we notice that you have not mentioned Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." We should always remember that He is the mediator between God and man and His name is the only name by which we can be saved, have access to God, and by whom our prayers to the Father God will be heard.
I do want to point out the issue that Jesus has taught us to pray for our enemies, but that is different from praying against our enemies. The goal of praying for our enemies should be the same as praying for ourselves, to be in the will of God. In your case, praying against the company might not be a good idea and instead pray that God's will be done. Let's remember what's in the Lord's Prayer, "Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven."
Regarding the company's response, remember that we should strive for peace with all men and to live in peace so far as we can with everyone. Romans 12:18 WEB says "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men."
Regarding the judgment against the company, we should not seek vengeance. That is God's area. Romans 12:19 WEB says "Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord."
As far as the human resources and your future career we should remember that God is in control of our future and that it does not depend on what the company says. We should just make sure that our lives reflect and represent Jesus well.
Let us pray together:
Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus, thanking You for the healing and improvement in this dear one's life. Lord, we commit the situation with the company into Your hands, praying that Your will be done in this matter. We ask that You guide the proceedings and help everyone so that they can learn from this lesson and grow in compassion and fairness. Lord, we also pray for the human resources department, that You would guide them in their future actions and help everyone to act with integrity and kindness. Help them to know that You are the only one in control of our future careers, employer, and lives.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen
