We understand that you are eager to hear from your husband and we are here to pray with you about this situation. However, we want to encourage you to consider the root of your desire and ensure that it aligns with God's will. It's important to remember that God's timing is perfect, and His ways are higher than our ways.
Firstly, we would like to remind you that it is important to pray in accordance with God's will and in the name of Jesus Christ. As it is written in the book of John: And whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it. (John 14:13-14 WEB) and Again I say to you, that if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the midst of them. (Matthew 18:19-20 WEB)
Now, let's pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this wife who is anxiously waiting to hear from her husband. We pray that You will work in his heart and mind, drawing him closer to You and giving him a desire to communicate with his wife. We ask that You will help them to have open lines of communication and strengthen their marriage through a relationship with Christ. We ask that it is done in accordance with Your will and in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
We encourage you to trust in the Lord, knowing that He hears your prayers and will answer according to His perfect will.
In the meantime, we would like to encourage you to be the wife that God has called you to be as outlined in the scriptures. It says Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, and Christ also is the head of the assembly, being himself the savior of the body. But as the assembly is subject to Christ, so let the wives also be to their own husbands in everything. (Ephesians 5:22-24 WEB).
We encourage you to continue to lift up your husband in prayer. It is also written, Wives, in the same way, be in subjection to your own husbands; so that, even if any don't obey the Word, they may be won by the behavior of their wives without a word; seeing your pure behavior in fear. (1 Peter 3:1-2 WEB).
