We join you in lifting up the dire situation in Texas, where floods have caused devastation and left families in turmoil. It is crucial that we come together in the name of Jesus Christ. The Bible tells us "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them." (Matthew 18:20 WEB). Let us pray for the children and families who are presently going missing and for Texas as a whole. We can have confidence in the Lord because of His promise to us in the Bible. God "heals the brokenhearted, and binds up their wounds." (Psalm 147:3 WEB). We can pray for the flood situation in Texas and for the families and children affected with confidence.
Let us pray together for the Texas floods, in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord:
Lord Jesus, You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. (Psalm 46:1 WEB) We come before You, lifting up the state of Texas, where floods have wreaked havoc, displacing families and causing many to go missing, including innocent children.
Father, You know each one by name, and You care for them deeply. We pray for the children and families who are missing. The Bible says "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28 WEB). We pray for this in the lives of those trapped by the waters. We pray for the flood waters to recede quickly. We pray for Your divine intervention, Lord, that You would guide rescue workers to those who are missing.
We pray for Your comfort and peace to envelop those who are frightened and alone. We ask for Your healing hand to be upon those who are injured, and for Your strength to uphold those who are weary.
We also pray for the communities affected by these floods. We pray for Texas as a whole. May You bring restoration and healing to the land, and may You draw people to Yourself through this trial. In the Bible, you promised us that "if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray, and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways; then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and will heal their land." (2 Chronicles 7:14 WEB).
We pray that residents of Texas will turn to You. We thank You, Lord, for You are mighty to save. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord.

We encourage everyone to stand firm in faith, believing that God is working even in the midst of this crisis. We are reminded in the Bible that He "causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the just and the unjust." (Matthew 5:45 WEB). He is faithful, and He will see Texas through this storm. Trust in Him, and do not lean on your own understanding. (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB)

Father, we know Your eyes run to and fro throughout the whole Earth and ask that You show Yourself strong on behalf of those whose hearts are fully devoted to You, 1 Chron 16:9. Pour out assistance on this situation, heal the broken hearted and take away fear. Work all things together for good, Rom 8:28, and allow it to further gospel opportunities in the region. Promote salvation, strengthen pastors and worship leaders, evangelists, preachers and teachers to equip the Body of Christ, and protect those who are searching and rescuing, in Jesus' Name.

Flood Victims In Texas - The tragedy of the flooding in Texas is beyond description. Texas girls camp, Camp Mystic hit by flood has been in the same family for generations. The many families that sent their children there for camp were second and third generation families. The damage and destruction all along the river is catastrophic. Please keep all of the families and first responders in your prayers.
Prayer: Father, We lift up every family affected by these devastating floods in Texas. You are our refuge in the storm and our shelter in the flood. Let Your mighty hand protect those in Llano, Georgetown, Kerrville, and every town on alert. Rescue those trapped. Strengthen the first responders. Provide comfort to the anxious and hope to the weary. We speak peace over the rivers. Let the waters recede. Let restoration begin. And Lord, hold tight every parent, child, and elderly person who doesn’t know where to go tonight. Draw each affected by their flood near and comfort them! “When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you.”— Isaiah 43:2 Amen
