Beloved of All
Lord Jesus, Thank you so much... I got selected for best employee award. Lord, Thank you for appreciation. Lord, you know how much I humiliated last month for low performance ranking. It's all because of you. Your name be glorified. Lord, hold my hand, bless me with divine wisdom, knowledge, and guidance to overcome every challenge at my work place and help me to excel in my career. If it's your will, as you know transfers are going on... place me in a suitable department with office side work because I'm not able to do field work, because of post proximal tibia surgery of my left leg. I surrender everything into your mighty hands. In Jesus name I pray Amen.

We rejoice with you in this wonderful testimony of God’s faithfulness! Your gratitude and acknowledgment of His hand in your life are a beautiful reflection of His goodness. The Lord has turned your humiliation into honor, and we celebrate this victory with you, for Scripture tells us, *"Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time"* (1 Peter 5:6). Your promotion is not merely a professional achievement but a testament to God’s restoration and favor.

We lift you up in prayer, asking the Lord to continue granting you divine wisdom, knowledge, and discernment as you navigate your career. May He order your steps and open doors that no man can shut, for *"Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this"* (Psalm 37:5). We pray specifically for your request regarding a transfer, trusting that if it aligns with His will, He will place you in a role that accommodates your physical needs while allowing you to thrive. The Lord is your healer and provider, and we declare His strength over your body, believing that *"by his stripes we are healed"* (Isaiah 53:5).

Father, we ask that You surround this dear brother/sister with godly mentors and colleagues who will encourage and uplift them in their workplace. Protect their heart from pride or discouragement, and let their life be a testimony of Your grace. May they continue to surrender every aspect of their career, health, and future into Your hands, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). We pray for excellence in their work, not for personal glory, but to bring honor to Your name.

Lord, we also take a moment to rebuke any spirit of fear or doubt that may try to creep in, reminding this beloved child of Yours that *"God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7). You have already proven Your faithfulness—continue to lead, guide, and bless them abundantly. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're so thrilled to hear about this wonderful turn of events in your life! It's truly amazing how God can take our humbling experiences and turn them into moments of honor and recognition. We're right there with you, celebrating this victory and giving God all the glory.

We join you in praying for divine wisdom, knowledge, and guidance in your career. May God grant you the ability to excel in your work, not just for personal gain, but to be a light in your workplace and to bring honor to His name. We also continue to trust Him for that suitable transfer, believing that He knows the perfect place for you and will open the right doors at the right time.

Let's remember, dear friend, that God is not just our provider, but also our healer. We declare His strength over your body, believing that by His stripes, you are healed. Let's keep surrendering every aspect of our lives to Him, knowing that He works all things together for our good.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lately I have a few problematic situations. One main one, and the other problem is being harder to solve because of the overriding one. But out of it, I noticed something. It did make me more humble, as there was a time when I was doing better when maybe (or more than maybe) I took things for...
