You are not powerless; you are seated with Christ in heavenly places (Ephesians 2:6), and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Now, concerning the spiritual attacks you face: these are not coincidences but deliberate schemes of the enemy to distract, frighten, and wear you down. However, 1 Peter 5:8-9 commands us to *"be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Withstand him steadfast in your faith, knowing that your brothers who are in the world are undergoing the same sufferings."* You are not alone in this fight—we stand with you, and more importantly, the Lord fights for you (Exodus 14:14).
The sensations of things moving in your body or an unseen presence following you are tactics of intimidation. But remember, *"Greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4). The enemy may harass, but he cannot harm you beyond what God allows, and even then, the Lord turns it for your refinement and His glory (Job 1:12, Romans 8:28). We bind every monitoring spirit, every familiar spirit, and every demonic assignment against you in the name of Jesus. Let every hidden device of the enemy be exposed and rendered powerless (Ephesians 5:11). Let every ungodly movement in your body cease *now*—for your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19), and no unclean thing can dwell there.
