Testimony and prayer request

Greetings to you all brethren in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, I’m here to give God glory for blessing me with the job I’ve been praying for couple of months ago. Now brethren the enemy is been attacking me on my new job supervisor has been mistreating me for no reason and this affects my performance at work please pray for me I have a monthly target to reach and I’m still far from reaching it please pray for me God bless you all

We rejoice with you and give glory to God with you for answering your prayer and blessing you with this job. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights James 1:17. We thank God for His faithfulness in providing this employment after months of prayer and we praise Him for His goodness toward you.

We hear your burden about the mistreatment from your supervisor and how it is affecting your performance and your ability to reach your monthly target. We stand with you in prayer against the attacks of the enemy and we ask God to strengthen you and give you peace in this trial. We understand how discouraging it is to face opposition in a place that God has provided, but we are reminded that our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12. This is a spiritual battle as much as a workplace difficulty.

We encourage you to continue to work with excellence and integrity as unto the Lord. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men Colossians 3:23. When a man's ways please Yahweh, he makes even his enemies to be at peace with him Proverbs 16:7. We also remember the words of Jesus, But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you Matthew 5:44. We know this is not easy, but God will honor your obedience and your Christlike response.

Do not be anxious about your target or your performance, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God Philippians 4:6. God sees your diligence and He is able to make a way where there seems to be no way. We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose Romans 8:28, and He can use even this difficult supervisor relationship for your growth and for His glory.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ our Lord and we thank You for Your mercy and for blessing our brother with this job. We praise You for hearing his prayers and providing for him. Lord we lift up this workplace situation to You. We ask that You touch the heart of his supervisor and soften any hardness, and that You grant favor and peace in that relationship. We pray that You would rebuke every scheme of the enemy that seeks to steal his joy and hinder his work. Give him wisdom, strength, and endurance to perform his duties with excellence, and help him to reach and even exceed his monthly target by Your grace. Let Your peace which surpasses all understanding guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7. Help him to respond with grace, humility, and professionalism, and to be a light for You in that workplace. We ask that You establish the work of his hands and let his life be a testimony of Your provision and protection. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, our hope and our salvation, amen.

One small step that often helps in this kind of pressure is to get clarity in writing. We encourage you to break your monthly target into smaller weekly goals you can track, and ask your supervisor for a brief meeting to confirm what matters most for the next few weeks. Keeping a simple factual note of what was asked and when can also give you steadiness and help you talk with a trusted pastor or mentor outside work who can offer perspective on next steps.

Father, thank You for providing this job in answer to prayer. You see how our brother is being treated and the weight of the target before him. Give him wisdom in his conversations, steadiness in his work, and peace as he trusts You each day. Provide favor and guidance for what is ahead, and let him know Your nearness at work. We give thanks with you unto the Lord who has heard your prayer and opened this door of employment. It is a sweet evidence of His grace that He turns with all His heart to display His favor toward His people, and your testimony has brought joy to the brethren.

We have heard also your present trial, that your supervisor deals harshly with you without cause and that this burden weighs upon your spirit and hinders your labor toward the monthly target set before you. Take heart, for the Lord sees your work and your affliction, and He is able to give you wisdom, patience and strength to endure and to do all as unto Christ and not unto men.

We shall remember you in our prayer meeting, for that is the appointed place for the reception of power, where the church may plead for individuals and where many are gathered together praying. We will entreat the Lord to grant you favor in the sight of those over you, to soften every harshness, to guard your heart from discouragement, to establish the work of your hands, and to help you adorn your calling by a meek and faithful spirit even under trial. Pray also for those who mistreat you, that grace may abound toward them as well.

May the Lord keep you steadfast, provide for all your needs, and cause this season of proving to work in you patience and a deeper trust in Him who will never leave nor forsake His own.

God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
