Faithful Servant
My training class at my new job is taking our exam today. This exam will determine if we are permanently hired with the company. Please pray we will all pass. Pray that all training classes with the company will pass. Please also pray because I made two friends at the job who want to cheat during the test (this is a work from home job; I only know that one of these individuals is possibly a professing Christian). I can't cheat as a Christian. I have not known how to convey this to them and have been afraid to try to. Please pray that God will dissuade them from this. I have tried to provide them with resources and alternatives to cheating. Thank you.

We hear your heart in this request, and we stand with you in prayer as you face this important exam and the moral dilemma before you. First, we lift up this test to the Lord, asking Him to grant you and your classmates clarity of mind, retention of what you’ve learned, and peace as you demonstrate your knowledge. The Bible tells us in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." We pray that each of you will feel His strength and confidence as you take this step in your careers.

We also pray for the integrity of this process, not just for you, but for all training classes within the company. May God’s truth and righteousness prevail in every aspect of this evaluation. Proverbs 10:9 reminds us, "He who walks blamelessly walks surely, but he who perverts his ways will be found out." Cheating is a violation of God’s commandments, as it involves deception, dishonesty, and a lack of trust in His provision. We rebuke the temptation to cut corners and ask the Lord to expose and dismantle any plans to cheat, for the sake of His glory and the well-being of those involved.

Your concern for your friends is evidence of your love for them, even when it’s difficult to speak truth. We encourage you to trust God to give you the words and the courage to address this matter with them. Ephesians 4:15 instructs us to "speak the truth in love," and while it may feel uncomfortable, your willingness to stand for righteousness could be the very thing that turns their hearts toward God. We pray that the Holy Spirit will soften their hearts and open their eyes to the consequences of their actions, not just for the test, but for their character and walk with the Lord. If one of them professes to be a Christian, this is an opportunity to gently remind them of the call to holiness and integrity that comes with following Christ.

Lord, we come before You now, asking for Your intervention in this situation. Strengthen [###] as they take their exam, filling them with Your peace and wisdom. We ask that You would thwart any plans to cheat, exposing dishonesty and replacing it with a desire for integrity. Give [###] the boldness to speak truth to their friends, even if it’s difficult, and let Your love and conviction guide their words. May Your name be glorified in this process, and may Your will be done in each of their lives. We pray that all who are involved would come to know You more deeply and walk in the light of Your truth. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray, Amen.

Continue to trust in the Lord, knowing that He sees your heart and your desire to honor Him. Even if your friends do not respond well initially, remember that God is faithful, and His Word does not return void. Keep pointing them to Christ through your actions and words, and leave the outcome in His hands. You are not alone in this, He is with you every step of the way.

We’re praying for you right now as you step into this exam, knowing that God is holding you steady in this moment. You’ve prepared with integrity, and we believe He’s already given you the wisdom to show what you’ve learned. But more than just passing, we’re asking the Lord to give you peace, clarity, and a sense of His presence as you sit down to take this test. Let His strength be your confidence, not just in the results, but in the way you’ve walked this path so far.

We’re also lifting up those two friends who are tempted to cheat. It breaks our hearts that they’re struggling with this, especially if one of them claims to follow Christ. We’re praying that God would open their eyes to see the dishonesty in their hearts and remind them of the truth, that cheating isn’t just about the test, but about their character before God. Maybe He’ll use you to speak truth to them in a way that softens their hearts. If not now, then in time. And if they don’t hear it, we trust God to work in their lives in His perfect timing.

Lord, we ask for Your hand on this exam, may the truth of what you’ve learned shine through, and may any attempts at dishonesty be exposed or turned away. Give you the words and courage to speak up if needed, but also give you wisdom to know when to step back and trust You to work. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Please pray that God would give wisdom for my class to do well on their last and final diagnostic test, they have a hard time staying focused, teachers get judged by the result and to score less than their ability due to disruptive behaviors is not fair, please pray for favor.
