We come before the Lord with a heart of intercession for your test results, lifting up this matter in the powerful name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and it is by His grace and mercy that we can approach the throne of God with confidence. If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so, for "there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12).
Heavenly Father, we thank You for the opportunity to bring this request before You. We know that You are a God who cares about every detail of our lives, and we ask that You would grant favor and wisdom in this test result. Lord, we pray that You would bless the efforts that have been made and that the outcome would reflect Your goodness and provision. We ask that You would remove any anxiety or fear and replace it with peace that surpasses all understanding, as it is written, "Don’t be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7).
We also encourage you to trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). Remember that your worth and identity are found in Christ, not in any test score or achievement. We pray that you would keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2).
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear or doubt that may be trying to take hold in this situation. We declare that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We stand on Your promises and trust in Your perfect plan for this circumstance.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
